Really poor service. We rent a small office unit in Utrecht with their partner agency Ans de wijn. We have paid the rent from 1 of April. But until 21st of April we can finally get our keys. I have contacted both parties several times and Ans de wijn even replied me:" I cannot help you with keys." Finally they told me the key is in the kitchen of the office building. But there are so many keys for all office units in the whole floor, and they tell me a wrong number!!! So, I have to try those keys one by one until I can find the correct one!!! Also, In the contract said, we have 24/7 access to the office building. But until today 28 of April, we still didn't receive any keys of the entrance door of the building, since the entrance door is closed on every Sunday!!! What is more, the mailbox is also not ready to use, and we have no keys!!! I have wrote them a email, but they didn't reply. And it is also hard to call them by phone! Seems nobody is trying to solve the problem for us! Ans de wijn said we should contact CBRE, but CBRE said they have already informed Ans de wijn... What a poor service...
