On 10-10-2019 I made an appointment by telephone with Joost van Hoorn for Monday 14-10-2019 at 11:30 to view a business premises on Wattstraat in Sassenheim.
On 14-10-2019 at 11:30 a.m. I stood in front of a closed door of the relevant premises on the Wattstraat in Sassenheim.
At 11:35 am Joost van Hoorn calls me with the message that he will arrive on location +/- 10 to 15 minutes later, he said that he wanted to pick up the keys from the owner of the building, but the keys are shown on another location.
I explained why the keys are not collected from the owner before, he said that the barnhoorn broker works this way.
I have said that I will submit a complaint to the broker barnhoorn about this method.
After the telephone conversation with Joost I contacted the office of the broker barnhoorn, I told my complaint and asked if I would be informed of the handling of my complaint.
+/- 20 minutes later I by mr. Called Aad Barnhoorn, he told his colleague Joost van Hoorn has acted well ... "WE WORK IN THIS WAY".
The following:
- We first collect the key from the property owner and then we go to the agreed location.
- Today it went differently because the owner thought he / she had the keys to the building but it appears that the keys are in a different location.
I asked why the keys are not collected earlier in the day, because then you will be present at your appointment as a broker on time. He had no other excuse to tell and told me that he has been working this way for 30 years and so far has not received a single complaint about this.
I think that this method is absolutely not customer-friendly, I expect the broker to be on time with the keys to the relevant property.
I actually did not give a star on the way you work, but with Google I have to give at least 1 star, with this I do too.
