This apartment complex is perfect for Cal Poly and Cuesta students. These are all two story one bedroom Townhouses, and it has a large bedroom suitable for two students to share, a huge closet, and storage cabinet in the bedroom. It is walking distance to Cal Poly, and convenient to shopping and restaurants. The small family owned and operated complex now has professional management after the bad experience with the previous unprofessional manager, and all current tenants say they feel safe, and well taken care of.
