Nice hotel in the best location in Berlin-Mitte. We had a very large and clean room. A great breakfast and very friendly staff made the stay special.

Beautiful place to stay! Very close to everything in Berlin, would stay again!

It would help the Marriott Berlin management to instruct the reception team on their own internal procedures. Not only instruct, make sure they follow. ZERO from ten... As to the customer understanding and respect. Five or seven people at the reception desk plus two people at the back room of the reception desk. Hotel is great, absolutely great. Very clean and modern. SPA area is hopelessly overcrowded. You shouldn't book breakfast with. Too expensive, way too crowded.

Excellent 5 star hotel on Potsdamer Platz. Great connectivity wherever you go. The hotel has luxuriously appointed and equipped rooms, gym, swimming pool, restaurant, bar, and smoking lounge. Needless to say, this hotel really offers the maximum. The staff is really friendly and helpful whenever needed. The hotel is clean and tidy. It deserves a 5/5 rating.

Very pleasant hotel, good breakfast and check-out until 13:00 clock free of charge.

Rather business oriented hotel, in the very central district of the former "no man's land"
around the Berlin Wall, very close to the Porte de Brandburg, post-90s architecture, so a bit in the style of the Porte de Pantin or Nanterre ... No charm. Almost depressing when visiting parts of West or East Berlin ... but central location in Berlin and convenient for sightseeing.
Efficient and accommodating hotel staff.
Rooms of varying sizes, tastefully renovated, bright on the upper floor and panoramic view, but some have a somewhat close view of the buildings opposite.
Very good breakfast.
Due to COVID, no access to the pool and room cleaning every other day.

Attention. I have 500 euros at the ATM in the hotel. I was charged 558. Is probably a private provider but that is fraud

So this hotel is in a really good location, close to many memorials, and that's why it's about the same rate as a JW Marriott. There was some type of professional event going on so my king bed I reserved turned out being a double, but whatever. The room, breakfast, and other services were okay. It an average hotel with nothing special but the location.

Some employees are arrogant and unsympathetic. Hotel ok. Good location.

An excellent hotel in all respects, from the arrival welcome, the room, the breakfast and other meals, and all the other amenities of which there are many. The location is also the best possible, being a minute from Potsdamer Platz and 5 minutes from the Brandenburg Gate. Highly recommend this hotel.

I did like the Executive suite on floor 7. Spacious and a very comfortable bed I have to say. It is easy to reach with public transport and in the heart of Berlin. Did not try the breakfast as I had to leave early. Cheers to Mr. Santos who nicely checked me in!

It is very clean and really good decor and the location is straightforward and you are at the haubt-bustour train station

The class in Berlin the restaurant is a killer and the rooms are big

The ideal place to explore Berlin. Centrally located, service is written GREAT, elegant rooms, Congierce allows everything and what more do you want.

Good service , stopped there twice now , rooms are clean and tidy, nice pool and gym facilities , hotel is in a great position only a 10 minute walk from Brandenburg gate .

Awesome, awesome time at Berlin Marriott...they have truly lived up to the Marriott name. We arrived at the hotel very early due yo an earlt flight and ezpected to jusr ask for our lyggafe to be held while we started siggtseeinh, but reception went above and beyond to actually get us checked in. We were able to get a great breakfast and Uwe, the concierge, helpes us fully plan out our day saving time and money! In addition its a great location! Will definitely stay again!

Very comfortable rooms - great location - staff very friendly and there are bikes at the front of the hotel to rent also! Bought my Capital Bear there too.

Great hotel with nice rooms. The lobby is very nicely decorated and the sqm missed you there. The drinks are relatively expensive.

Central location just a few steps from the Sony Center. Large clean rooms very unobtrusive staff. Structure with a large hall with a characteristic square-shaped appeal from the roof to the floor structures. Comfortable and functional meeting rooms.

Rooms are nice. Service is mostly good - parking (and info on parking) is kind of wierd.

Feedback for the restaurant director.
I understand the rule of the house need to be respected...but, while greeting my colleagues, I have been approached by the staff, who has "invited" me to seat only if I would have had dinner, not with my colleagues because of table capacity (restaurant not full at all) ...too many assumptions, very limited flexibility and lack of multicultural awareness.
It was not a good experience...
Improvement needed.
