Its really great that they help out individuals in their time of need; however, the staff could be a little nicer. I was trying to help a friend out by gathering information on agencies that would help her financially and the lady did not want to answer any of my questions and kept accusing me of being with some organization.

Racial charities treated my wife very badly and gave her the wrong information. In the end they only left her case lying like someone who abandons a dog halfway thanks to God because we found new hop immigration that in two days they were sending the package to immigration yes

they help with diapers for kids and also have a good pantry just make sure you come on time to recive their services

I went there to get help with immigration concerns and papers. They have a great service and very pleasant an knowledge staff.

I may not be the same religion but, these are some very caring, loving people..

Today, for the fourth Friday in a row, I tried to attend the Citizenship application Workshop. Due to recent past experiences, I called almost two hours ahead of time. To avoid driving there for 30 minutes for nothing again. So I called the operator, she transferred me to someone else, and again. They didn t pick up the phone because they were overwhelmed with work. Last Friday the same thing happened so I decided to take a chance and drive there: it was 1:30 P.M walked and registered at front door. Then I walked in the immigration services office and I noticed that they had only 4 to 6 clients to serve, they close at 5 o clock, which means they had to help one customer per hour, I proceded to approach two ladies that were dressed up like secretaries, I had time to observe that they were just talking and socializing with one another, yet 30 minutes earlier they were to busy to take my call. When I finally got to speak to them I was just told to try again next week. I am just giving up and go elsewhere. I just want donors to know how your donations are paying for lazy workers.

They are a very helpful and understanding staff. I was really needing a place for guidance and they were there for me. I am thankful.

The lawyer is very kind but the bad thing when you call the resectionist only speaks English and can not help us. You should put a bilingual person and most of the people we call Hispanic. Thank you

This place has nice people willing to help you with immigration case. See you need to make an appointment but you don't have money or are going through an economic problem they help you.

It is impossible that they cannot attend you, when you go to ask if I need an appointment I could make it directly here, Internet or by calling. The receptionist tells me now I take it more than 40 minutes passed and they never called me. Terrible service is a shame if this is how it serves you when receiving you as it will be when they represent you! !

So thankful for the help that I receive from Catholic Charities Dallas. Really professional and great human being working there! My lawyer Amanda Doom was super nice and handle my case really well.

Don't come here the are VERY VERY unorganized the would schedule appointments then they wouldn't put it down on schedule. We would schedule to miss work leave our kids at the babysitter and no appointment but there would be email confirmation. They lost some of our paper work. You can't have Catholic or Charities in your title if your not actually living up to the name. Please don't come here in you are in desperate need of help they will ruin the little hope that you have left.

While there I explained

I came in for my final DACA renewal on 9/11/17 after seeing CCD for my previous renewal & first time application. I was so confident in them since I never had previous issues. However, months passed without notifications from USCIS & I finally decided to call. I was told that they never received any paperwork & no case was pending for me. I finally decided to make the hour drive out to Dallas to see where things went wrong with CCD or perhaps it was the mail delay. I went in 1/9/18 & was told that my paperwork never left the CCD offices. Where is it? They don't know. They offered to refund all my money, but the damage is not financially. It is emotionally. I had never experienced something so unprofessional. I will never go back nor will I recommend. I will be filing a lawsuit.

A bit expensive for refugees ... but nice people there

This is a total scam! Don t come here if you have any immigration questions. The staff is always horrible and they only want your money! Specially Cristine Muratalla. After few appointments she stop replying to my emails and refuse to help us. After trying to contact someone else, they just told us they were gonna reach us but that never happened!

Because those who attend do not have much migration experience, they need to be updated.

Very bad service they made me pay when no ubo anything ask before making the payment if I was eligible I was told that if later I do not consider that they do fraud.
Great care to all those people who deal with this association once you pay them and do not proceed the money does not return much care

They have been with my case for almost 2 years and they told me that in 18 months only my work permit card has arrived for a year that has already expired and I had to pay again for another one while my residency arrives but now nothing I'm only with the work permit but the permanent nothing

Homeless with wife and two children. Drove there in our car that we live in and they handed us a piece of paper with a list of homeless shelters which are full. Pointless. Never again

A great place to get help with food and finances if you need it. The people there are compassionate and caring about your needs and problems. They really care and they will really help you.

I go to this facility to get my taxes done every year. Great service and professional.
