Unfortunately I had to retain a personal injury attorney for a car accident that I was involved in. Attorney Desiree Zorrow was very professional and responsive throughout the entire course of my SSDI case. She kept me informed of the process and the time-line was accurate. She also helped me through a very long and difficult time and as a result I was awarded fully favorable.

The only negative was a couple of bad interactions with one of her assistants, however, as soon as I informed Desiree of the issues, it was resolved.

Now the next hurdle is actually getting the back pay from social security. It's an entirely new issue. There should be some type of lobbying for change in a way that would expedite the release of funds to someone that has been without substantial income in years.

My experience with Catania & Catania has been an excellent one, I had been in an accident last year and had injured my knee I was shortly deployed after that and was completely out of the look with my case. I had assumed I was forgotten about and they had dropped it. But i was wrong, they had made sure to still send me mail correspondence and keep me update/ informed with my case. When I had called I had immediately spoke to Stacy who was very helpful, and answered all my questions and brought me up to speed of what steps were being done and would be done in the future. I have used this law firm before and for the most part "very satisfied". My first time was quite unfamiliar but was worth every step. The only reason I gave them four stars was because the communication was a little off (slow) at the beginning. I found myself reaching out to get information more than I think I should have when it came to getting updates.

I am now back again utilizing this firm because they really came through for me the first time and I trusted them with all of my personal information. I will also add that they came HIGHLY recommended. I must say I am having a much better experience this go round. It could also be because I am now familiar with the process and know that it could be quite lengthy and I must have patience. Stacy was very helpful and informative. So I would like to thank her on prepping my demand packet. My case is still pending and so far so good. Now, we wait. If all goes well again this time I will definitely be back to change my 4 star rating to a 5.

Highly recommend Catania & Catania for your Social Security Claim. Ms. Whinnery and Ms Zorrow are there for you from day one and work extremely hard to win your case. They are dedicated and caring.

After researching multiple law firms in the area, I decided to reach out to Catania and Catania and I could not be more happy with my decision. The process of dealing with a Social security claim was much more than I could handle on my own. I was overwhelmed, but that quickly subsided once I spoke with Jennifer. She is extremely knowledgeable, and resourceful. Jennifer was able to answer all of my questions and address all of my concerns regarding my claim. Her attention to detail and her genuine concern for my situation made the overall process, from start to finish, so much easier than I had expected. I only wish I had made the call sooner!

I wish I could give zero stars but I can not. Absolutely the worst law firm ever. The Paralegal for Robert Samartan has ZERO customer service skills. She is rude and dismissive. They called and called to retain my case in 2017, and they don't respond to text or emails and when I decide to let them go that's when they want to give an update. I fired them in August of 2018 and I have been contacting them for a letter confirming that they are no longer working on my case so that I can finalize my settlement and since August of 2018 my call, voice messages, emails and mails and have gone unanswered. I spoke to the Paralegal again today and it was not until I threatened legal actions and a report to the Bar Association that responded. IT IS NOT A THREAT IF I DO NOT GET A LETTER THAT YOU ARE NO LONGER MY ATTORNEY AND AN INVOICE, I AM SUBMITTING THE COMPLAINT TO THE FLORIDA BAR ASSOCIATION.

I would recommend them to everybody. They understand your situation and are very empathetic. If you have a question they answer it quickly.

I honestly regret ever going to this firm. They gave me the runaround for months, bounce me around from paralegal to paralegal and constantly gave me minformation on what my settlement was going to be. Will never use them again! They also have horrible communication skills and never returned my phone calls in a timely manner.

I had the pleasure of dealing with these guys for a few months, very professional and kept in touch pretty well but overall not as happy with the results as i expected. If you have real injuries I would not use them personally. They are good at getting the quick minimum from the insurance agencies however I was left without being able to continue to be seen by the doctors after the case was closed and still needed shots and surgery but they rushed the case closed before I could even get to the bottom of my injuries. So needles to say I got my quick $2000+ but still in alot of pain and injuries still present.

I was recommended by several different people to attorney Catania and Catania and continue to hear how wonderful their services are however I myself do not know I cannot get them to give me time of day not even a referral to an attorney that would be interested and not only Medicare and Medicaid fraud The Quest Diagnostics stealing multiple persons DNA I don't understand why they do not see fit to return phone calls and at least give the courtesy of a referral to another attorney capable of handling the case. I would have not known has them at all had it not been for multiple referrals of others it's a shame that they would not give anyone else the same courtesy it is also more so ashamed that I am not worth the time I could have been a future client had somebody just taking a moment to return my phone call it saddens me I've heard nothing but wonderful things I'm just sorry I will not be able to experience any of that myself
