I was involved in a serious accident on October 13, 2017. I have been working with Ashleigh Vega who is guiding me thru this process. Not only has she been extremely timely, but compassionate as well. She actually told me to keep my head up and keep looking for positive things, She actually told me that she was there for me. Struggling with mental disability and PTSD brought on from domestic violence has been a uphill battle for me; even though I tried as hard as I could, I could not survive in the real world. The thought of starting my disability claim was debilitating and it caused me great anxiety kmowing all of the paperwork involved, that along with my fear of judgement and shame I feel for not doing better in life, and not seeing the warning signs of my abuser put me at a standstill.

My original thoughts on Catania & Catania were that they were such a big law firm, my questions or concerns would get a rushed answer so that they could get to the next client; I imagined t would be just like the trial against my abuser, rushed and wasn't a victim, I was a number. I needed sensitivity towards my situation as I get overwhelmed, confused and upset very easily, so I searched through page after page of Disability Attorneys skipping over C&C hoping to find the perfect fit.

I came across some of the reviews for Catania & Catania and noticed the same two names, Jennifer and Desiree being repeated over and over with not a single negative comment written. The next day I had a phone interview was with Jennifer Whinnery, Legal Assistant to Desiree Minder. Jennifer has a kind voice and took her time explaining everything! If you have a question and send them an email, you will receive a response that day, they always answer the phone, and if you do have leave a message you will get a call back! I cannot express enough how talented this team is!

I was involved in a major car accident where someone had ran a stop sign and totaled my vehicle. I was severely injured and rushed to the hospital. I found out that I had seven bulged disks in my spine, one herniated disk, and decided to ask Catania & Catania for help. They were prompt to send someone over for me to sign paperwork locking them in as my lawyer on this matter. However, after three years of not knowing the details of my case, having horrible contact and unclear direction on where things were going, or even remembering my name... Lisa Keeler and Catania & Catania never did me any justice. I got a settlement of $5,000 and my life will never be the same. Do not hire them because they only want to lock you into paying them and do as little as possible to actually earn their cut. They don't care about quality service or what happens to you, only massive numbers of people required in writing to pay them their 33% of whatever they feel is an easier amount of payment for them to steal.

I was in a terrible accident, out of work and no car. I wish I had the crash ap from the beginning. I was a month into therapy with a low budget clinic and atty. Thank goodness I called Paul. His office staff was extremely helpful. Surgery-disability the works it's a nightmare to navigate. Paul is available and even had me consult with his disability atty as well. His affiliations with clinics and Drs is top notch. ( I am a nurse). The only call you need to make is immediately to his office- I wish I would have called him first.

I was in an accident about 2 months ago and I didn't quite know what to do. I read reviews and looked like they had a positive rating. I can't say how happy I am that I reached out to this firm.
