It is a great travel agency but when I had the opportunity to receive their help, they were of no use. It is a great travel wholesaler. Professionals and traveling with them gives you great security. The "but" they are not prepared for children. Your agency and your trips have no fun for the little ones. On the contrary if the age of your children is over 14/16 and can be added to adult activities is spectacular.
I have to highlight what I experienced in Cuba on my last trip.
We lost a wallet with money and cards and the hotel staff wrapped it in. They returned it to us whole with everything.

We paid the excursions before starting our trip to Argentina since at CATAI they indicated that there would be a difference of "a few euros and that it was better to book. I do not know what it will be like as a travel agency, but as a wholesaler "a lot of facade" but nothing more. A lot of backpack, a lot of travel bag, a lot of itinerary explained. . And with that the facade ends.
I had a problem with one of the hotels on my trip to Egypt. I called them at the helpline they gave us at the agency where they gave us the documentation. . . . And, since 08-13, we are still waiting for (some) an answer. And even in one of the calls the operator questioned what I was telling him (apparently the word of the Egyptian operator was more trustworthy than mine and my complaints about the change of HOTEL that had been made to us).
In the attached photos it is what CATAI TOURS considers a much better "superior room" than those hired . . No comment.
