It is a great travel agency but when I had the opportunity to receive their help, they were of no use. I asked what tours they have in Dubai and they told me they only have itineraries (to choose from). I told them that my trip coincided with Ramadhan days (when there are activity restrictions) and I wanted to know which activities would be excluded from the itinerary.

You were not going to pay a price and arrive at your destination without enjoying what the brochure says, right?

Their response was that they should contact target agents ... (as if that were not an agent's duty). Wow, what a ZERO solution.
