Best place for my fur babies, they are gentle and kind with my girls and the old man

I love this place! They always take such good care of my animals! I trust them completely!!

I love Cat and Cow. The staff is very friendly and compassionate. The clinic is clean and actually smells good. They have always treated our fur babies with great care.

No excuses... fininding a new vet!!
They also seemed not focused and too busy to pay attention to what I had to say at our last appointment.

Today is the 1st day I have ever walked in. I'm only giving 3 stars right now because my dog is still there she is being fixed. I just wanted to compliment the staff. I am not sure the older lady's name That works up front but she is so adorable and so sweet. The prices for things are a little high there are other clinics that are cheaper. However I don't care about the prices all I care is about the service that they give my dog and myself. If all goes well with my dog and it better. I will be sure to take my puppy to them and make this our permanent Veterinarian. I have tried other that's around here and have not been happy. After I pick up my Bones Dog I will do another review.

UPDATE: I will not trust anyone else to handle my puppers other than Cat and Cow!! The staff is AMAZING. I got a call back from the dr checking on Bones after her surgery. Best Vet ever!!!!

Words can't express how amazing Dr. Allen and all the staff are at Cat and Cow! Our family has had three emergencies with our four legged friends and they gave us immediate attention, compassion, and excellent care during the surgeries and recoveries. We would never think of going anywhere else!

My sister uses this clinic for all of her animals and I have had the privilege to accompany her on her visits. Each time everyone has been very kind and professional towards my sister, myself, and the animals. They have gotten us in as quickly as possible, have been extremely gentle with the animals, very informative with us, have always figured out the problem and have been extremely reasonable on prices. The staff here cares for their customer's and the pets they see, and are more concerned with the animals' wellbeing than monetary gain. My sister loves this clinic, the animals love this clinic, and I love this clinic. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone that has pets they care for.

We love Cat and Cow! Dr. Van Ellis is great both with his animal patients and their people owners. Prices are also reasonable, would definitely recommend.

I have brought my babies here for 7 years! The last couple of years the wait time has been 2 and half hours. YES! I had an apt. each time. They have no cell service for the people waiting. they have wifi but you can not make calls out or get calls in. I will never come to this vet office again. I waited that long for shots!!!! its never going to happen to me again. I would suggest finding a new place to go!!! YALL NEED TO FIG OUT HOW TO SCHEDULE YOUR WALK INS AND YOUR APTS BETTER !!! MY DR OFFICE WAIT IS NOT EVEN A HOUR WAIT WITH AN APT. PLEASE FIG IT OUT THANKS ! 0 STARS FOR ME. BTW I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE COMPLAINING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not a good experience at all. I arrived at 9:35 for a 9:45am appointment for my dog. It is 11:10am and I have had to ask about being seen. People have come and gone in the time I have been waiting. I will not be returning. This is terrible.

My dog Evie was in for her Heartworm Test and pro heart shot and DHLP-P shot. She was also having issues with itching and chewing her paws ( for several months), Dr. Hollis gave her an injection and she was much better by that evening!

I really enjoyed the staff and how compassionate the doctors were with my animals. Everyone is so friendly. There were a lot of people infront of me but they got to me in a timely manner. Phenomenal veterinary clinic.

the Absolute Worst Vet. experience I've ever had !!!!!!!!!!
I brought my dog there on a Sat. morning because she was dehydrated & lethargic & was very concerned about her. When I got there I say dr. Allen (owner) & he recommended that I leave her for a few days to rehydrate her. as I was going to leave I asked to see her & he said "your not one of those kind of people are you" meaning someone that has a hard time leaving their dog in a strange place & that completely loves their dog, & I said as a mater of fact I am one of those kind of people. - I visited for a few more minutes paid my deposit of 100.00 & left.
I called Monday morning & spoke w/ receptionist & inquired as to how my dog was doing & was told that she still hasn't eaten & they recommended that I leave her till Thursday, I asked her what my bill would be today (Monday) if I picked her up this evening & she said 116 & Tues 134.00 & Wed. 155. & Thur 174.00 - I said that I was going to stop by this evening (Monday) & see her & decide then If I was going to leave her or take her home. I did visit my dog Monday evening & got there @ 5:45 & asked to visit my dog & was directed to where she was & one of the "helpers" said that they would get dr. Christy to update me on my dogs progress. so I waited w/ my dog & at approx. 6:00 another girl (helper) said that she would get dr Christy for me so that I could get an update on my dog.- @ 6:20 a lady said to me "dear you are going to have to leave because we are closed" & I said I realize that but I'm still waiting on dr Cristy to give me an update. She said, oh I'm dr. Christy & no one told me that you wanted to talk w/ me. & I said 2 different girls told me that they were getting you to come talk w/ me & that is why I'm still here. She fumbled through a made up update concerning my dog & I promptly left. the next morning (Tuesday) I called to get an update about my dog & the receptionist told me that she ate this morning & that she had an IV in to hydrate her. - I said "are you sure that she has an IV in because as of 6:25 last night she did not have an IV in & still she has not eaten & you are now telling me that she has eaten & now has an IV in" I asked her to Please double check because I'm pretty sure that the IV was removed a couple of days ago, so she reluctantly said - "I'll go look myself" & I was put on hold. % minutes later she got back on the phone & said "you are correct she does not have an IV in & she still hasn't eaten yet" I said Please can you have the dr. call me w/ an update & she said the dr. makes his calls between 2:00 & 3:00 & he will call me then.
& we hung up. 10 minutes later Dr. Joe called me & gave me a complete update about my dog& he (Dr. Joe) was very professional & informative & told me that he personally fed my dog some special food & she ate it all & that she was doing fine & recommended them keeping her for a few more days, I thanked him for the update.
10 minutes later dr. Allen called me & told me that I upset his receptionist & that I need to come & get my dog now.
when I arrived @ the vet. I was escorted into a private waiting room & was told to wait on the dr. - when dr. Allen arrived he started in w/ "you offended my wife last night & almost made my receptionist quit this morning & she was crying. I informed him that if the right hand knew what the left hand was doing then all of this cold have been avoided - He told me that they were so busy here that some things fall through the cracks & that the staff here is like family to me, & we explained that's funny Our dogs are our family & that when you get conflicting stories about your dog (family member) you seem to be getting the run around & no one seem to be able to give you a correct answer except for Dr. Joe who does seem to know what he is doing & also does seem to care about getting the customer the correct information.
So DO NOT RECOMEND dr. Allen OR dr. Christy (these are the new owners), however I do highly recommend Dr. Joe

Got our dog Dixie spayed. They were great with her and she acts like she didn't even have surgery. Always get great service at Cat Cow vet clinic. Their prices are very reasonable too and the staff is so nice.

My Gracie loves it here. She's a lab mix with alot of energy. The staff is always so welcoming and love seeing Gracie. I highly recommend that if anyone is looking for a place to call home for their pet, Cat & Cow is the place to come. Oh and don't be surprised if you see a peacock or donkey in your surroundings.

LONG WAITS.....when asked to go into treatment room, I couldn't set my dog on the table for the FILTH from the previous dog. Parking Lot is Horrible.Full of LARGE HOLES. The Dr Office is Full of FLIES.......

Recently came to this vet clinic and saw a female doctor names Dr. Young. She was fantastic. She really broke everything down for me and explained things well. Great prices and great service. Will return back.

I was referred by my neighbor for a surgery and the Drs did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. Found my new home for all my pets

Everyone was professional and very helpful with all my questions. The veterinarian spent atleast 35 minutes going over the needs of my fur baby.

We have used C&C for many years, they take great care of our pets.

I absolutely love my vet but I hate the wait... since the pandemic and social distancing you would think they would schedule appointments farther apart to avoid overcrowding...guess not. I had to sit in my car, in the heat with my 90 pound dog who has car anxiety for an hour before they called us in and then waited another 15 minutes for our vet... after that, Dr Joe was totally devoted to us for the rest of the time we were there

They took very good care of my dog. She had an overnight stay and she was up and going the next day. A lil on the pricey side but overall

Make sure you ask questions when you get a quote. My quote was about $30, but by the end of the visit it was $240. I went for a heartworm test to get a prescription to buy medicine offline. They didn't tell me they were automatically going to give a shot that's lasts 6 months after the test. Also, the same person that ordered my heartworm test, sold me the monthly pill the Friday before. So, I wasted $50, then got hit with a $240. She even remembered when I told her, but said there wasn't anything they could do now. I paid the money, but it was not a pleasant visit.

Heard from friends of their great experience with Cat and Cow so we gave them a chance. Very pleased with communication and service for our dog. We will be back for shots and more!

Cat & Cow offers great veterinary services at affordable prices. They offer routine services like annual shot packages, as well as surgery, dental, and in depth tests (one of my furry kids had to have an extensive allergy test.) They have an in house pharmacy but don't mind writing a paper script if you can get your pet's meds at your local pharmacy. They're open on Saturday to accommodate those with full work weeks, the facilities are clean and newly renovated, the medical and office staff are friendly, caring and helpful, and they have two of the cutest little terriers that have made themselves the welcoming committee...It's worth the short trip to the country to visit this vet!

First visit to Cat and Cow ...Dr. Lee Allen took good care of my sweet rescue cat! Very personable, nice clean organized clinic with very pleasant staff.

Prices for vaccinations are very affordable and toe nail clipping come with the service which was nice. I will definitely recommend them to anyone

I love the new makeover the clinic has received! I love coming and seeing the farm animals and the staff is always so welcoming. It usually pretty busy, but to me that just means a lot of people want to see these doctors and staff! Love them.

The facility is nice and the staff was very friendly and informative...Dr. Allen was awesome and very patient. Jackson and I i loved the outdoor atmosphere, as the clinic sits on several acres or so. We've officially found our new Vet Clinic right here in Olive Branch! P.S. "great prices"

You're been taking care of my dog since I got him

They were great taking care of my Cheyenne and when I had to let her go. They were so kind and compassionate. It made doing the rifmght thing even though hard a lot less painful. Thank you to all the staff.

Every time I have gone here with my animals, they have been helpful and inexpensive. It is a 45 min drive for me but it is completely worth it!
