Never going back again!!!!!
Appointment at 10:00.
Arrived at 9:45
Called to check in 9:50
No answer until 10:05
Waited until 11:45 in our car (2hours after arriving) with a cat
Still not called to be seen, so left!!!
No excuses... fininding a new vet!!
They also seemed not focused and too busy to pay attention to what I had to say at our last appointment.
