Zero store staff and veils hyper cons. Do they have a brain ????

Gigantic, for whom gold handmade, great choice and prices for some items more interesting than in Belgium!

Sellers very attentive and available but difficult to obtain satisfaction for product returns. Very procedural welcome and slow to maneuver. We can spend an hour just to come and exchange a coin.

Order under withdrawal 2h without news after 3 days, despite 1h waiting on the phone nobody picks up .. I get my order when I can and chao

Regarding Casto, there is only one thing to say "Bravo and THANK YOU". Thank you for their kindness, their good advice, their professionalism and their patience to explain to us the "how to" we novices. Another thousand thanks.

Seller who did not want to leave his counter for information on a valve telling me I have no right to leave my location while for 10 minutes the seller did his to go to inform a customer in the heating. Ashamed.

Shared opinion: good in the hardware department ... disaster in the tiling department ... difference in service level unacceptable.

In plumbing, it's a disaster, the various fittings are mixed or broken or not sold. Regarding blends, the staff will say that it is the customers, ok, but from month to month, it's always the same mixes so no storage in fact.
Pity.

Good, but stocks are moderately well managed. It is still missing THE part we came to look for.

4 bags of wood chips purchased 14.85 each, the same (identical reference!) Seen at Brico depot at 9.90. Phone call to Casto to ask for a commercial gesture, a free bag for example: they send me "graze" nicely and they simply offer to return them. That's what I did. So I bought 6 bags for the same price at Brico. Not very commercial all that ... Casto wrote to me today and informed me that the store would normally have had to reimburse me twice the difference, or 40 !!! Everyone was well and truly next to the "brochure" on Saturday in this Bondues store !!!

The prices ? Ok it's not too bad (not crazy either but it's still affordable).
Advice ? Well it is precisely there that there and the bone, alas ...
Salespeople are not necessarily better advice than another, in a pinch, look for a professional customer (often in overalls for example) who comes in the department and ask for his opinion, he will be much better than that of the seller.
On the other hand, big big negative point ... If you are looking for a seller despite everything, be patient! you drink a dozen pass in front of you (all by chance from another department) and your salesperson will come and inform you that at least 1/4 hour! (I noticed this several times and never on a Saturday though!)
In short for that as much to go to bricodepot ...

Order on their site for collection at the Bondues store. He sends me an email to say that he keeps me informed of the progress of the order. No news. I phone there would be no order ??? By cons they see the rules ??? They must call me back before noon (nothing) I phone, rebelote, no order. I ask a superior, don't worry, I have a lady in the paint department. Morality ... M site ... strongly advises against

Well organized store where the shelves do not change specialties every 2 months, so when you know the store you quickly find what you are looking for. The staff is friendly besides I noted a clear improvement on this point for some time. In the negative points, there are sometimes missing products on the shelves which nevertheless seem classic. There is for example a claw in the garden department, yes of course there are spades, rakes, and then we find tools much less used than a claw which it remains definitively absent. The kitchen department is sad despite the theatricalization work done, the kitchens are well exposed but the frame around breaks the atmosphere and the "cocooning" effect not to mention that there is just a very small department of accessories with a few pots with spices, towel racks and really not much more ...
