Super store, people from the paint department very professional and very friendly. I recommend this sign of crowds.

As usual, the prices at the cash desk do not correspond to the prices displayed on the shelves. The problem is that being in a hurry I didn't want to wait. 20 cents earned by customers and by item on a Saturday they must make a good turnover.

Big wait to have a kitchen department seller because they are 2 but in the kitchen quote so 1 hour wait for an information which took 5 minutes for a flexible shower faucet kitchen and it does not detail this type of article thank you castorama.

Here is our opinion on the Castorama of Bondues, we came for flooring, impossible to find a seller, it is true that 19 hours is a game of cache cache, miracle we find a seller who frankly had nothing to do to serve us, which more is really damn our G ....., Ha there is more, that the not enough on the roll it will have to iron ????? while the roll had plenty to serve us.
We dropped it and we went to Saint Maclou (super nice)
We returned Saturday 18/10/14 for a shower tray plus the shower kit and accessories 600 and of course another bad thing to have a seller, and a semblance of a smile.

The Castorama de Bondues is clean, well stocked and the products are all labeled. The staff we dealt with (saleswoman in the paint department and salesperson in the bathroom department) were helpful and knew their products.

Mixed opinion on the store.
Store cashiers and materials couriers are always on top. I was even given advice on how to save money.
On the other hand, bathroom department, I had the misfortune to come across an unpleasant little young brunette with medium hair. Definitely a casting error or someone leaving.
Selling is a profession in its own right. Smile, friendliness, empathy and courtesy should be systematic.
Other competing brands have understood all of this.
