I just want to say that Flor de Maria who answered the phone at castle group for my HOA in Central Park Lakewood Ranch Florida Was extremely helpful, and very efficient in resolving an issue I had. Flor didn t question or interrogate me and she immediately, while I was still on hold on the phone, addressed the situation with the correct people. She completely resolved the issue within a very short period. She followed through with the appropriate email and proper attachments. This is the type of person we need more in life! Someone who listens, doesn t judge, takes ownership of the situation, and resolves the situation amicably. Someone who follows through completely, and keeps her word. I am so very pleased.

This company took over the accounting practices of the condo development that I own property in. After the first couple of months, I kept receiving snail mail telling me that I owed maintenance payments with late fees. Proof was then given of my payments and I thought that would be the last of it. However, every month more of the same! Apparently, I was not the only one! I found out later that this was happening to many of the development's homeowners. After a little more than a year this company was sent packing. Company does not review maintenance payments manually. If you don't have all bits of information in the right places when automated review happens, you are deemed delinquent. Company shouldn't be allowed to handle major accounts!
