Thank you so much for your help with my boiler breakdown. I reported it at 4pm yesterday, a gas engineer came out at 5.30pm and found out what the problem was. He picked up the part and was back out again this morning to fix. Thank you again for your speedy response. Pauline.
Poor communication am still waiting for a phone call back what was ment to be half an hour turned in to a full week. Will defenetly not be enquiring about any other propertys they have in the future

Constant recurring issues with my partners rented property. Back door is a fire hazard and won't open properly. Leak coming through roof from bath. Kitchen sink was leaking. Letting agents either don't respond to contact or don't resolve in reasonable timescale. Outside bins missing on moving in date and letting agents arguing the toss about getting them back. Would not recommend.

Was trying to get home for like 3 months. When you are calling they always want the same information that they took before. They promised to contact me and it never happened. Also they don't have information required in their houses about no pets... Do not believe them if they say "we'll contact you".
Our first time moving to rental property and the process has been smooth with a couple of utility hiccups. On receiving the keys at the property, a document of photos with each room were shown as inventory check and we were given time to go round and check against them. Gabrielle and Rebecca have been great in resolving a couple of issues with appliances further on in the week. Quick response from getting in touch with the landlord to relay/solve the problem. Would recommend for first time renters.
