Excellent customer service, very clean, attentive & polite staff, food is great and big portions, more than a hotel, feels like a proper home, very modern but with good taste.

Quaint hotel with large, well equipped rooms in an impressive old Manor House with fantastic grounds set in beautiful countryside. Large car park, friendly and efficient staff with adjoining pub/restaurant with varied menu serving home cooked quality food. Well worth a visit.

Pamper pj party was great. The room is fantastic although could for with a small fridge and a full size kettle, especially with 8 people wanting a cuppa at the same time. The ladies who did the pamper sessions certainly knew what they were doing. Sweets in the room for us, the strawberries and prosecco were very generous portions. Disco lights, dance floor, speaker. Beds very comfy, room very warm. Breakfast, great choice, good service. All the staff were welcoming and helpful. I would definitely return and I highly recommend it.

Stayed overnight in a standard double. Lovely friendly staff. Good standard hotel rooms with very nice updated bathroom. Good bar. Decor slightly tired in parts and somebody has a fetish for blue led lighting.

Nice best western hotel in Pontefract, free wifi no lift. On site restaurant for evening meals and breakfast. No gym or pool on site, free car parking. Large double rooms with ensuite bathrooms.

Absolutely beautiful place, we had the anniversary package the service was friendly and helpful. Food was amazing, the room was like a home away from home very spacious. The beauty therapist was friendly left us feeling very relaxed.

Service excellent, food good. I had a pint of zero alcohol Hienekin which was served at room temperature , not chilled.

We had our wedding here in October. The venue were very accommodating and went the extra mile to keep our day special, even with all the government restrictions. Our day was perfect, the hotel room was perfect and the food was amazing. We could not have asked for a more special day and would like to thank all involved.

Really friendly staff. Room was ok. Looking a little tired and the shower cubicle was a squeeze to get into due to the position of the door pivot. Lovely location. I would stay again but in another room. The food was really good.
