Our first time moving to rental property and the process has been smooth with a couple of utility hiccups. On receiving the keys at the property, a document of photos with each room were shown as inventory check and we were given time to go round and check against them. Gabrielle and Rebecca have been great in resolving a couple of issues with appliances further on in the week. Quick response from getting in touch with the landlord to relay/solve the problem. Would recommend for first time renters.
