There really should be a 0 rating. I have had issues the last 5 months. I was forced to use LDI through my employer, and each month, my HR department has to help me get scripts filled.

They claim they will call you, even give you the 'exact' time, but you have no record of it. No voicemail like they claim either. The next rep you talk to, verifies that you were not called.

Oh you need the medicine, and it's urgent you take it? They don't care. It is not their priority to make sure you survive.

They have had my daughter's script for 2 weeks now, guess who still doesn't have her meds, and she only has 1 day left. Yup!

I would strongly urge anyone considering to use the pharmacy, look elsewhere. You will be highly disappointed, and that is not an understatement.

Insurance forced me to switch to Castia. Pleasantly surprised. Pick up from their office in Creve Coeur, 3 months supply as opposed to refilling every month. Saved about 33% on the cost. Not a bad deal. Can't believe I was worried about it.

I am a pharmacy intern that had to deal with the pharmacist Micah. I am very impressed with this pharmacist. He talked to me with respect and was very genuine that he called back to make sure he didn't offend me during a transfer. This is a pharmacist I would like to be like one day and just wanted to give him props. Very good pharmacist in Micah here.

They really let us down today. Insulin is not something you can't let people down with but I guess it's for the best that we know now that we can't count on CastiaRx. We have some of the best insurance available and they still flake on us so if you are someone looking for a service like they offer I urge you to shop around.

I don t understand that when discussing how to transfer medications from another pharmacy to them the customer service rep has to become sarcastic with me and lecture me on the fact the pharmacy s have been transferring that way since the dawn of pharmacies. Extremely rude.

The other pharmacy in fact would not call them to transfer it.
Ended up having to get my dr to resend it to castia.

The point is was it necessary to be that rude and condescending? Very unprofessional.

They are always rude and unprofessional. Waiting on hold. My new medicines have taken 2 weeks to get processed and sent. I don t understand how this place operates.

HORRIBLE place. Wish there was a negative review choice. They never refill prescriptions when they say, never mail when they are supposed to and never check messages from doctors. My doctor has sent prescriptions electronically several times, yet the pharmacy always tells me that they don't have it. When I call them back (after confirming with the doctor), they put me on hold forever, then come back saying they have it. Then I tell them I'll be in after work to pick up and it's never ready OR they have mailed it out instead. The people are crabby when you go in person, like they are bothered that your are there to see them. I hate that my insurance requires that we use them.

If I could give negative stars, I would. This company is a complete joke. We had brand new coverage beginning 1/1/19, had claims filed, and prescriptions filled. I went to pick up my prescriptions this evening and mysteriously the date on coverage ended 12/31/18 because of a clerical error in paperwork. What? Tell me how your coverage ends before it even started? The rep was less than useful and apparently can t do anything until a supervisor reviews our case. So now, I sit here, without my prescriptions. I can t wait to see how awful their home delivery is...

Edited to add: Their home delivery service is garbage as well, just as I suspected.

LDI is a joke. They made me go to a mail order system. I was perfectly fine with going right up the street. Customer service SUCKS. You can't talk to them if you have a problem. Who am i? It's just my money. Someone sitting in an office somewhere knows what's best for me. PISS POOR!
