Place has gone way down since the last time I was there. Service slow, food not so good, salad bar much smaller, prices too high for quality and bartender couldn't make a decent drink. So sad this used to be a great place to go.

This restaurant has the best friendliest service in town with real home cooking. The food can replenish a great day of skiing with awesome steaks and potatoes. It feels like you're in cabin. I would appreciate more fresh fruits in the alcoholic beverages with fun style for martini's and mojitos. It kind of is a simple beer wine restaurant.

The service was prompt and food was cooked to order! Really enjoyed the Steak with the Blue Cheese and mushrooms on top. Got an 8 oz. and saved some of it for breakfast. We even got to go outside and feed the fish after our enjoyable dinner!

Prime rib and baked potato were really good. They need to dump bleach down the drains at the bar and give it a super deep clean, it has that nasty bar smell. The table tops are sticky and I actually took my napkin so I could rest my arms on the table. The tables appeared clean yet I think the cleaners they are using are eating the finish on the table tops. Other than having a super old feel which was nice. The tables and the bar smell could be worked on, both easy fixes .

I can see that I am against it with how many positive reviews the are. However I did not have a good experience at all. One of the things everyone can agree on, is the place is outdated! Even with it outdated I could overcome this if it was good as the ratings implied. It started off great our waitress was very prompt on getting us our fresh bread and butter as well as our drink order, great start! Then we ordered my husband had the New York strip cooked medium with mashed potatoes and a salad, I ordered a caesar salad, side of steamed broccoli, and for an appetizer we had the highly recommended tempura avocado. We got our app and my husband's salad, the app was tastey and I would order it again, the salad had runny ass dressing but other then that it was fine, it's a salad after all. Then I got my broccoli that was flashed steamed for about 2 seconds but I ate it cause my caesar salad was not good at all, they tossed it which is great but the dressing was too tangy and thin a real good caesar dressing should be creamy, a little salty, and a little garlicky with anchovies. My husband got his meal and let me tell you, 1st it wasn't cooked medium the thing could still moo at this point, 2nd they didn't let it rest so although it was under cooked it was stiff and not tender it also didn't have a lick of pepper or salt or any kind of seasoning at this point! He made me try cause he thought his taste buds were off, I did and had to spit it out! Inedible he finally asked for steak sauce which if it's a good steak there is no need for anything but a fork! Haha... nevertheless I had two bites of my salad ate all my broccoli mmm and my husband left more than half of his steak, the waitress asked us if we wanted boxes, I guess from our sizes she guessed we were light eaters! Haha.... but never bothered to ask us was everything on with our food, not ok. However this just means I will not be going back, ever!

We were here for a company dinner. We had an amazing waitress. Unfortunately, I don't remember her name... But she made sure our group is taken care of. Food was good. Got to try some delicious appetisers, like fried avocado and ahi.

The food was pretty good. I had a top sirloin steak that was a little undercooked, but still had good flavor. It was my first time coming here. I liked the decor, definitely very vintage looking. The staff was nice.

The steak is prepared well and OK quality. Everything else about this restaurant is on par with sizzler, from the sticky tables to the fried sides to the service. Massively overpriced as a result.

Absolutely loved it! Amazing food. Fantastic service from Dan.
Pleasant and enjoyable atmosphere.
I haven't even left the parking lot yet and I'm trying to think of who I want to bring here next.

Menu has shrunk, remaining items good, service good. Prefer here vs. Sycamore Inn, much friendlier personnel. TAKE NOTE If planning special event: Portions for special (Wedding Anniversary) in Banquet Rm are actually 'better' then for regular dinning.

This is a busy place. Good portions and relaxed atmosphere. The bar is a hopping place to. The steak sandwich is a value and the fish and chips is good too. I have not tried one yet but the burgers coming out of kitchen looked amazing. Rib eye was good be sure to add blue cheese.

This is a great place to eat lunch. The table was very sticky. All the tables are like this. The varnish needs to be removed and reapplied .I will continue to eat there because the food is so good.maybe owner could fix the tables

I come here often with my co-workers. The service and food are legit, and all of the staff are super friendly. The menu selection is not overwhelming, and yet has plenty of choices. The inside is rustic, but always smells delicious. My favorite is watching the squirrels out the window in the dining room play in the open-air area. The bread served before meals are delicious, and they offer a variety of them. I look forward to returning.

Cask-n-Cleaver has been a favorite of mine for well over 35 years. The food is consistently good, as well as the service which is always friendly. If you're looking for a great steak or prime rib cooked to your liking check this place out. You'll be glad you did.

Never been. food and atmosphere looks great, I just looked this place up because I found a bottle from 1968 in Spokane WA just wanted to see if it was still around and it looks to be thriving.

Stephanie was a wonderful waitress. She made great recommendations and checked up on us regularly without hovering. The food was wonderful, we had the rib eye and the Bleu steak. The food was excellent, no complaints there at all. We'll be back next time we're in the area.

I was excited to come to a local steakhouse. The atmosphere is laid back and it is a time warp to a bygone era. The steaks were cooked properly and fresh, but under seasoned. When a place advertises aged steaks, they need to be better than what I can get at the market, but that wasn t really the case. I am not trying to be harsh, It s great for the Baby Boomer crowd who wants a familiar family atmosphere that harkens back to the 1960 s. The service was friendly and the place was packed, so obviously people like it. This is just my opinion.
