The absolute disgust. At 4.57 with the drink in hand, after losing my money (normal for a casino), I was accompanied to the exit, without any reason, since the casino itself closed at 5, with the bad ones, putting its hands on me, being PUSHED by security, with a character, probably a director, who screamed at me and ordered me to leave (which I asked for an indefinite number, not provided, so that I could then file a complaint) saying that the casino was going to close. Things from the other world. A bad figure of the casino for which I will certainly report. There were several witnesses present, who consoled me by saying that it was a shame the way I was accompanied to the exit. Never again. I would like to clarify that I was not absolutely harassing but I requested not to gobble up the "offered" drink before the same closing time, but this was not allowed. An indecorous scene!

It is located near the city center ... parking is free ... at the bar you can drink a coffee or a drink for free .... to the whole there is also a restaurant.

The place near which the lake of Lugano is close is fantastic. Traffic is a bit complicated. The casino, on the other hand, has been recently renovated, I must say in my opinion also good. If you have the card, the park is coffee and entry is free. For the rest, good luck

Lots of slots, some quite old, buy-ins and usually high minimum bets compared to other casinos I have visited, I did not like the environment in my opinion a little bleak.

Certainly it is not a casino to compare with that of Montecarlo, however, it is always a nice casino where you can spend time and go have fun when you can afford it a place to stop when you pass cross Switzerland.

A nice casino,the only fact I didn t enjoy is that there were no music and I got a little bored. Not entertaining like most Uk casinos for example.Bar prices a bit high but normal for Switzerland standards.

Discreet, welcoming, well organized and usually not too crowded. The bar is excellent and the staff are friendly, the clientele is very varied and located in an excellent position in the center of Lugano.

Disappointing ..! Rigged and therefore boring slots. It has changed a lot compared to a few years ago .... unfortunately there is no fun anymore. You don't win and you don't see winning. Too bad because the place is nice and the staff is kind and nice.

Casino on the long lake of Lugano, divided on three floors with adjoining restaurant. Modern and newly renovated, it offers every type of game, both euros and Swiss francs are accepted. Free parking.

Needless to say, the place is cozy and elegant, colorful and fun. They also meet VIP. The only flaw: no selfie or video.

Favorite Casino in Switzerland - Great club, most attractive crowd to be found anywhere in the whole country - phenomenal food, card tables and drinks - best decadence and atmosphere - I highly recommend - only reason 4 stars is because lack of service, but well worth putting up with

Very disappointing !!!! It looks like a dingy country slot room. Luxurious ?????? But where????? Slots are obviously (very, very) rigged. It was the first time but we will never return !!!! (I still prefer Mendrisio. Casino, beautiful, elegant ....), Lugano city beautiful but VERY expensive.

They have their own rules of roulette games which I have not seen ANYWHERE !! The minimum bet is 5 and you can bet only on the number and square of numbers, and if you want to bet on the color then it s only from 50 (FOOT) Pure breeder !! I do not advise anyone to even go there! There were no visitors there anyway

Good place nice .. pit boss break you a little 'balls to use the phone but if you play concentrated in 2 games you can make beautiful sums. The roulette from 1 or CHF seems to me slightly made up with air jets and the ball is replaced by the magnet every now and then :)

Great restaurant delicious food ... pity there is no lake view
