Clearly the lowest refinance rates I was able to find. And in addition no refinance costs or even third party costs. My recommendation to all mortgage payers - do not pay excessive mortgage rates at other places, refinance with Cash Call. I'm glad I did.
I did a refinance on an investment property and after speaking to several different lenders over a period of 2 years CASH CALL WAS THE BEST!!!! I highly recommend Cash Call they work EXTREMELY FAST and knew a lot of stuff that other lenders never told me. I plan to do another refinance with them on another property that's how GREAT the service was. SUPER HAPPY I'm able to sleep much better at night now.
We began our refi procesd in early March 2020...Did all the docs and paperwork..Then after enthusiastic back and forth.. suddenly heard Nothing.. .Credit is well over 800 ..great loan to debt ratio etc..Then communication stopped. Then got a no reply email. advising in effect that due to covid ..they were working from home. backed up. etc...well ok....Then weeks later got another email advising that they closed operations....and to click on a response advising that they are working with a "trusted partner"..I clicked Yes...still nothing ..Problem is thatvthey appear to be still in business as our current mortgage is with them and the bill has a message regarding refinancing with them..I then called the number this past week and still no response...We are older and Im retired with good income and credit well over 800 as I said. .Something very fishy here. I have now started the refi process with another lender Negative 5 stars...jh
Today I finished with CashCall. Never had one problem with them. Paid my payments on time every month. Not everyone who gets this type of service knows that they may pay a little bit more then some other Banks or lenders. But I will say that I never had one problem ever. Just want to say thank you to cash call, you took a chance and helps me when nobody else would. My life is back to normal with no problems
My experience was completely different. Refinanced a rental property. Was one of the most painless refinances I've completed. Whole process was completed / funded in about a month. I recommend them to family and friends.
Something is definitely broken with this company. We used them several times in the past and were satisfied. This time around, we initially put the delays down to the pandemic and were patient. We signed loan docs and thought the process was just about complete, then silence.
Then came the news that the processor had been fired and they needed duplicate docs. We sent the docs, a few days go by with no response, then they need more docs. Then they say the upload didn t work, then they need more details on docs that had been submitted.
Beginning to end, we ve been working on this refi for 5 months. We have excellent credit scores, low debt to income ratios and only want a refi for about 1/3 of our home s value.
There is something fishy going on with this company and the constant request for more docs seems like a stall tactic. We re not going to pursue it any further.
Save yourself the frustration and stay away.

The best in the mortgage industry, this is my third home loan, so efficient and fast that I can't find any words. Big banks like Wells Fargo Bank need to learn from CashCall processors (Jon) and others. The best rates, great communication and more. I highly recommend.
If I could give a no star, I would. Was working with Leonard Sanchez on a home mortgage refinance. What a waste of my time. We were literally a couple of days from closing and then, I received a call from him regarding my income. I replied, aren t we way pass this section? He then stated let me check on a few things and I will get back to you. Never called back, or returned my calls or, emails. Very unprofessional. Definitely would never recommend them.
