We saw an apartment through an announcement on October 21st, and during the visit we already showed that we were interested in the property; after several phone calls to the Agent Sig.re Gildo Felici, present for the visit, we inform him after 3-4 days that we are interested in the property and that we had already contacted our surveyor for the finishes, asking for precise measurements, and he proclaims and tells us that he had no appointments until Monday; on Monday I call him and ask to be able to stop the building and to want to buy it promptly, but we are denied because I made arrangements with other customers, I would say very badly and I don't know according to which criterion the customers are chosen; probably apartment already promised to someone? WHAT A SLIGHTNESS, only at that moment he told us that there was already a negotiation, deluding us for a week, of being able to realize our dream by buying that house! He could tell right away that the apartment had already been occupied by another couple!
