Absolutely fantastic service by Tom. Took the time to tell my girlfriend and I how to set up a tropical tank, which fish to get, how to maintain it etc. Top marks, couldn't fault this place and the prices are really good too. Will definitely be back!

We had three beautiful healthy koi delivered to us last week, would like to say a big thankyou to you all at cascade. Excellent service, friendly helpful staff. Would highly recommend. Our koi were kept until the temperature was warm enough to have them in an unheated pond. Thankyou

Was shown around the marine and tropical section by a very proffessional and knowledgeable member of staff and would recommend a visit to everybody.

Great variety of stock here, also the staff are so helpful and friendly. I have been buying here for some time now and won't go anywhere else for plants for my pond. Much cheaper than garden centres and the staff have great knowledge and don't push you to buy something you don't need.

Excellent experience Store Staff were very friendly and helpful. Staff member Harry answered all my questions and showed a genuine interest in finding the best solutions to my faulty led aquarium light. 10 out of 10.
