Casa Grille Review

Good food, good wine, friendly atmosphere (but loud) and stellar service.

Casa Grills great, and convenient place to enjoy good Italian food.

Rotisserie pork chops came out cold and not fully cooked or seasoned at all. The only flavor on the chops was smoke. The "cream sauce" had the consistency of a poorly executed gravy, and was also cold. Steamed vegetables mostly consisted of asparagus stems. I was thoroughly disappointed and will not be back.

Great food. Great atmosphere. Great value for the price.

Delicious as usual & the Peanut butter pie was amazing!

Too much noise. The bread was awful. My steak was ok, but over cooked.

Very good iItalian food. Great lasagna and personal pizza's. Nice size portions.

I won't go back. Sauce tastes like from a can. They didn't even heat it up so it was grainy.

We were a party of 6. Our waitress was very attentive to all of our needs. We tried a wide variety of options off of the menu, and everything was awesomely prepared. I especially liked the fire roasted Italian vegetables. Off the chart good. Cheese cake and peanut butter pie for desert. Portions are large, so go easy on the bread if you can. We will be back!

Food was wonderful as I had remembered it. I truly miss it now that I no longer live in the city. Server was not the best.

The service was great, considering how busy they were. But the food was so so. Not authentic Italian.

MY FIRST MEAL ORDER WAS NOT QUITE RIGHT TO MY TASTING, BUT NO PROBLEM THEY HAD ME ORDER ANOTHER TOOK IT OFF THE BILL IN FACT THE MANAGER FELT SO BAD BECAUSE IT WAS MY BIRTHDAY THEY BOUGHT MY DINNER ! Cara Grille was a delight. Delicious entree, beautiful open dining, and a friendly, waiter aimed to make our stay a good one and it was.

We love Casa Grille. This place is laid back while being elegantly unassuming. The staff are usually long serving employees with knowledge. You really can't go wrong with any dish. They have, more recently, added some healthier meal option. You can order pizza and many of the pastas gluten free. The current chef features menu, which changes from time to time, has a yummy looking broth bowl on it.

Great place to have a very good meal and have a "Date Night" with the hubby;-)

Food is good. Service is bad. Had an issue nad recieved no apology from management or thank you for bringing the issue to attention, only an arguement and staement that it was my fault.

If you want to go to a place to eat that you do not care to hear the person you are with and hear a couple hundred other people shoulder to shoulder or seat to seat, then this place is your place. If you want to have a conversation, do not bother.

Just ordered a to go lasagna for eight people and stated we wanted a loaf of garlic bread. We were asked if we want extra butter and utensils. We received four pieces of garlic bread for $4.59. Certainly not enough for 8 people.

I called to inform them of how they could have improved their service. No apology from the first person on the phone or the manager that next came on the phone. Only recevied arguement with the statement that it was my fault and I should have ordered more bread. I was told they did not have loaves of bread. Well it is not the time to tell me that after I call back, but should have been stated at the time of the order how much garlic bread that should have been ordered to begin with that would serve 8, not four.

So if you order from hear, don't eat there unless you are there just for food and have earplugs and if there is something wrong with your order, it is going to be your fault and no apology from anyone there, not even the manager.

Everything I've ever had here is nothing short of great. The salad is amazing, the subs are great. Its all good here.

It was the best of food, it was the averages of food. It was food. It was Casa food. Always reliable. Reliable, Italian food. And plenty of beverages to go with them!

Food is terrible I paid $24 for a filet that tasted like hamburger had to smoother in A1 just to get it down... terrible

My Daughter took me to Casa Grille for my birthday. The eggplant parmigiana was delicious.

Super impressed. Came in on mother's day and were seated right away. Got our food quickly and it was absolutely Divine. Love love love

The Rotisserie pork chops are the best. Get it with steamed Italian vegetables and rossoto. Great!!!

My takeout salmon was horrible burnt. I was wondering why I was having problems cutting it. I m going to call and see if I can get a refund. I eat at this restaurant a lot. This is terrible!

Not a bad place for good Italian at a decent price, the staff was very helpful and I suggest the veal.

Casa restaurant franchise is such a good choice for Comfort Italian food. You cannot go wrong with the choices of food, the excellent wait staff, and the wonderful cocktail preparation and wine selection. Truly a HomeTown Jam which is locally owned and has a long history of serving the Fort Wayne

Still the same after all these years and that's good. Great chili and hot dogs, waiters who don't have to write down your order and always crowded. An ageless favorite.

Food is delicious. Fort Waynes local secret. Kinda loud though when the main dining room get full. But besides that the monthly chef specials is what we go there for.

Party of 10, 4 meals incorrect, very slow, then couldn't get the bill correct. Manager did compensate.

Good food and service. Very diverse Italian menu and it is all excellent. Some of their appetizers can be a meal. I particularly enjoy the Linguini Con Gambheretti.

It was wounderfull,we injoyed every bite I had the Casa Grille small salad with house saled and my husband had spaghetti with meat sauce,my filay minyan with fried onions on top of it and a side salad and she said it was very good also.denis her friend boy friend had samon and a side of vegetables..all in all it was a very very nice lunch and befoe we left I told the waittress it was a wounderfull meal and thanked her

Great food. For 12.69 for dinner meat lovers lasagna. The portion wasn't Very big.

Had a rare date night with my fiance and was very impressed with our server Lizzie. The food was, as usual, delicious but Lizzie went absolutely above and beyond to ensure a perfect evening. We will definitely ask for her when we visit next time.

We were able to quickly get a table and the service was decent throughout. The food was very good and prices seemed reasonable for the quality and portion sizes, which I thought were quite generous. However, the parking lot was absolutely treacherous having not been salted and a frozen sheet of ice. The sidewalks were good and properly salted and that should have been extended to the parking lot if the safety of the diners is viewed as of upmost importance, which it should be.

Food is always good, and you get excellent service.

Even though both locations are typically packed during the weekends, they treat you very well and they don't act rushed. It's always pleasant, and their food is amazing.

Jeanette is a fantastic server and manager Tony is wonderful as well. They both made sure we were happy and accomadated our needs

I couldn t be more pleased with our experience here last night. Our server was so sweet and genuine! It was our first time trying Casa Grille and I declined to get a side salad with my meal. She brought us out one anyways, since it was our first time (at no additional cost), and told us we had to try it because Casa Grille is famous for their salads! She was right - it was the BEST salad. I had an Italian margarita last night and it was one of the best drinks I ve ever tried. My husband had an appetizer as an entree but it was big enough for an entree! I had the spinach ravioli with marinara and it was the perfect size. The atmosphere is romantic and upscale with decent prices. We will be back!

Excellent Italian food at a great price. Highly recommend their al forno dishes (especially the rigatoni bianco)! Seating can be a little close together, but on the plus side I've never had trouble getting a table even during prime dinner hours.

Was alright, service was disappointing. Got drinks and bread but no plates for the bread. Sat there for awhile wanting for them and to place our order. Servicer was not very attractive and took another tables order that came in 5 min after us. Almost walked out!
