They really need to offer a wider variety of products and equipment as well as tools for detailing.

I especially love the no-rinse soap for when I want to detail my car. I can take my time using the two bucket method and still comply with bylaws.

Chris is always very knowledgeable and quick to help. The reason I finally decided to put a review on here was because my last experience was over the top amazing service. I had been trying to call ahead, so I could have my mom pick up the stuff I needed before they closed (yup, I come into Calgary from hours away to get stuff here), and, without having even left a message, I got a call back. I was able to tell him what I needed and even pay over the phone, so all my mom had to do was pick it up.

Very helpful staff, lots of selection for different uses. Opticoat Tire dressing works amazing.

Out of all the people I had spoken with at more than a handful of other detail suppliers, Chris was easily the most knowledgeable. Very friendly and courteous, extremely helpful every time I had a question. His recommendations are golden as well - he listens, then asks all the right questions, analyzes, then informs you of the options available and how they differ to guarantee you're paired up with the perfect product for the job.

If you care about car care, then Carzilla is the ONLY choice for southern Alberta! Period.

I've been to Carzilla a few times over the past year and every time has been the same - exceptional service. Chris is very knowledgeable and polite and took the time to understand what my needs/expectations were before recommending a product. The most recent time was for products to do a 1-step paint correction (and the first time I've ever done this). The results were exactly as expected and the products can be used for future steps which is very cost effective. I am very happy with the customer service and would recommend Carzilla for all of your automotive detailing needs.

Fantastic and vast product selection, without a doubt it's the best in the city. Competitive prices against online suppliers including Amazon. These folks also entertain volume discounts on occasion. If you can't find the products you are seeking at this store, you can be sure that you won't find them anywhere else in the city either. My only beef with them is that they don't carry any Rag Company products. Apart from that, I highly recommend this store to all car enthusiasts.

I drove down from Red Deer for a few items, and they were all in stock and fairly priced. There was an excellent selection of professional quality supplies. I received great advice, and will make the drive down in a week or so when my new truck comes in. Can't recommend Carzilla enough

Wicked place for gearheads. Any, and every kind/brand of sealants, wax, polish. Seriously stocked to the ceiling. If you can't find what you want... Well, I can't help you.

Chris and his staff are some of the best in the industry when it comes to customer service, I honestly can t commend them enough. I own a detailing company and buy many products from different vendors all over the world, and I cannot think of a more pleasant and efficient buying process than what Carzilla offers. Their little store in Calgary is literally a Detailers candy store, not like a Canadian tire or auto parts store selling budget brand products. I spent this morning at one of their free detailing classes in Strathmore. If you are interested at learning and talking to people who like to detail their cars well, then I would strongly suggest going to this class.

Prices are as good as major auto detailing suppliers on line, but you come out ahead as you don't have to pay for shipping, or wait for a shipment to come in. Great selection, most major brands are carried service is great, too.

Chris Lee is passionate with what he does and backs it up with great customer service to understand my situation and provide just the right stuff without up selling. Have been a happy customer since opening and always happy with the advice through out all the cars my self and my extended family owned, weather it s just cleaning up a beater to make it presentable or coating that fresh pain on our new car, you can t go wrong by paying a visit in person to get the advice you need.

Car detailers heaven. GREAT SERVICE, SUPERB PRODUCTS, GREAT PRICES! And most importantly they will answer any question with a detailed answer. The staff that work there clearly have the same passion for detailing as the customer and yes I highly recommend for any car enthustist, detailer (newb/ pro). It's easy to spend hours in that store. You walk out thinking you were only in there 10-15min than you get in your car and realise it's been 2 hours!!

Great business. Have made a couple purchases and shipping is always fast to Edmonton. Always have stock on the things I need versus some of the bigger name online detailing shops down east. Only issue is the website was updated and I had to re-register a new account. Will have to visit one day when I'm in Calgary. Highly recommended.

Chris is the best, extremely knowledgeable and provides custom advise based on what you're looking to do. The product selection is 10/10 as they've always had any product I've wanted (and regularly have new products to the market in to try out.)

Wow this is a gem of a place. They stock many of the best products on the market at fair prices. It's hard to find but worth the time. The owner is very polite and generous with his advice. Great, great service from Carzilla. Products are top notch, prices competitive and like i said, service is unsurpassed. I live in Ontario so get all my products shipped in a timely matter and exactly as ordered.

Recently I ordered a foam cannon and forgot to order an adapter to fit my Karcher power washer to go along with it. I sent Chris an inquiry as to how i could obtain one to get my unit up and running. Just minutes after emailing i already received a notice from Canada Post confirming my adapter was shipped.

This is how you run a business! I'm more than certain that if I lived in Calgary Chris would have personally delivered it to my home.

After my search for a commercial retailer of professional detailing products in Vancouver s lower mainland came up nil, I hopped online and discovered Carzilla s wealth of inventory housed one province over.

Took a chance on my first order and was pleasantly surprised with the speed of both confirmation and shipping. The packages arrived well protected and care was taken to ensure that my chemicals lids would arrive intact and not ruptured. That was a big relief.

I ve since placed multiple orders for supplies required for mobile detailing and paint correction. If the product I m after hasn t been in stock at the time of order, Chris has promptly provided reasonable lead times for out of stock products.

Their rewards program is also a big help for anyone thinking they might be placing multiple or repeat orders. Sets them ahead of other online retailers.

Don't be fooled by the small storefront, Chris at Carzilla is incredibly knowledgeable about all the products he carries, and great for recommendations. I purchased a Flex XC 3401 DA polisher, plus pads and polishes, with prices comparable to shopping online.
