DO NOT LOAD HERE!!!!! arrived at 8:45am for a 9am appt, now 7:30pm and im still here not loaded

Got here at 7:50 had a 8:30 app got done loading at 3pm

A great company to work for. They account for a major part of lavonia residents having jobs. They are a fair and good company. I loved working there

Only company I have ever worked for where you can be physically assaulted in the morning by a member of management and fired in the afternoon for an argument with a supervisor and not even yours.. Will keep you posted..

DO NOT PURCHASE A CARRY ON TRAILER THEY WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THERE WARRANTY.I WISH I WOULD HAVE TAKEN MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE

Just bought this trailer over the phone sight unseen. I went and picked up my trailer today from jeffersonville IN, and upon inspection noticed that the paint job is very poor. Their are so many runs in the paint and missed areas. Also numerous areas where the paint is way to thin and has a really rough dull finish. And other areas look ok but have runs in the paint everywhere, looks like a 5yo was given a spray can to paint the trailer. I couldn't do anything about the purchase of the trailer because I've already did the paperwork on it before I picked it up!! And the weld job on the trailer is not very good either very sloppy welds and slag was not cleaned up before painting. So buyer BEWARE look over trailer in person before buying. Also on my way home I had 3 screws come out of the deck boards on my way home with nothing on the trailer

Carriers be aware! They make an appointment and it means nothing. Appointment was at 9am and at 6pm i was still waiting on site to get loaded. There supervisors cant handle loading of trucks and a reasonable number of trucks. Fat supervisor with beard cares about nothing.

Its awesome business nice friendly people every time you go in.

Would give 0 if I could brought a car trailer it's 3 months old paint is cracking and fading took it to a paint and body shop said cheap paint crappy paint job they won't stand behind there warranty

GREAT customer service at Carry-On.
I'm rebuilding an older trailer and Christina was so helpful in getting a new VIN sticker to replace the old one and Tech/Engineering support assisted and advised on repairs and reinforcement.
You don't find this personal service very often!! I will definitely recommend C. O.!!!

Just get there at th end of your 14 cuz you're pretty much garrenteed a 10hr reset before you're loaded,,,, not to bad just go back an sleep they'll bang on your door somtime after 5 hrs then pull in th bay n go back t sleep they strap it all for ya, by tht time you got plenty of sleep, the elog is happy again and you leave swearing never to come back,,,, oh they also give you a paper that says be a good representative of carry on while you have our load, i guess that means be 6 hrs late on my appointment

This place is terrible. The vent on the side of my trailer broke and I am trying to purchase a replacement cowl cover. I purchased my trailer at Lowes and wouldn't do that again... Lowes states they can not order and sell me a replacement cowel. I called Carry-On and they say they can't sell me replacement parts.
They could however give me the part number
(Part#11 side vent cowl-outside)
I have spent the entire day calling back and forth, I now have a trailer that I am trying to maintain but can not.
Pathetic....

This place suck for loading. Been here over 4hr n still waiting to get load .when ur on these dame e log n ur time wasting away sitting here not good

Telephone support regarding a technical question was immediate, thorough, and provided by a genuine American from the Great State of Georgia who knew exactly what I was talking about and how to solve the problem. Bravo!

Best value trailers in the country that's why all the box stores sell them

Been waiting hours (turned up early for a 2.30pm appointment) it's now 7.40pm and they're still not loading us.

Nice workers only waited about half an hour for the dock. 20 min started unloading almost done already. Only reason 4 stars tight getting around everything.

This place takes forever to get you loaded,appt 13:30 arrived @13:20 its 20:30 and I still am not loaded,O/O beware load does not pay that good ,and getting loaded and out the gate going to be a problem. But the staff seems to be nice.but that don't put $ in your pocket.

Very bad please for pickup chek in 10-30 am naw 4-30 pm still waiting don't load from this place they don't want to tok they said wait or go no load
