Worst customer service ever! Will not recommend! Courtney is the worst thing that happened to Carrollton Crossing! I have been calling and emailing about the same issues for two months!
The first time I called the rep assured me that everything was taken care of. But I keep receiving emails about it. So I called them back five times within two months with the same response that someone will call me back, I also sent emails with no response.
Will not be making referrals to them anymore!
