I would give 0 stars if possible. This company took a car from a different dealership and when we got there to pick it up we had to wait almost 4 hours to get the car back. We accepted it with more miles than advertised after it had been driven 7 hours to and from carriage traders. Todd seemed nice on the phone but then got nasty when we asked for compensation for waiting (I'm a transporter and it messed up 3 more deliveries). Connor refuses to answer calls or texts and when I finally got to the owner, Dave, he hung up on me and told me to sue him. Very poor customer service. This was in September and there still is no resolution. Steer clear at all costs, it may not even be your car that you're buying!
