We've been a customer of Carr now for a number of years. They have met our needs every step of the way. Both their customer service and technical support have been consistent and reliable. We look forward to further establishing our relationship as our needs continue to evolve.
I received an email saying I haven t paid my service contract (which is on auto pay for over a year) and have been calling for weeks NO ONE GETS BACK TO ME EVEN THE GIY WHO EMAILED ME. THEY are the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
We recently switched over to CARR Business Systems and have been with them for about a year now and we are so happy with the change. We notice such a difference in service upon meeting our sales representative, Douglas Erath who is great, friendly and always willing to help and find a solution. Doug and his team are always there and response is quick and their IT Specialist has a lot of patience and is always helpful.
We have been using Carr Business Systems for many years. We find that they are very knowledgeable with all the products past, present and up and coming. James Mayor, our contact, is great. He calls to touch base with us on a daily. Their online supply order form is easy and the material comes within a day or two. Any time, we have placed a service call, the guys are always here quickly. They are courteous and professional. We have never had a problem with Carr Business Systems. We think they are an outstanding company which is why we continue to use them for all our business needs.
Horrible supplier... Terrible customer service.. If I could give them "0" stars I would. Attempting for (6) months to return a fax machine from our company. Now in the middle of a tug of war with their business partner U.S. Bank. As a long time procurement professional I recommend you stay clear of Carr Business Systems.

LETTER TO U.S. BANK
To reiterate our position, our company has done everything in its power to try and resolve this issue with Carr Business Systems going back to 2018. The attachments emailed to you yesterday show extensive communications with your business partner, Carr Business Systems regarding the disposal of this equipment. Their failure to properly respond to these numerous requests has resulted in unnecessary costs incurred by our company.
The letter from U.S. Bank Equipment Finance DTD: 07-16-18, clearly directs us to contact your Carr Business Systems account representative for all of your financing options . As previously noted, both Anthony and Robert have been contacted regarding this machine on countless occasions. We cannot adequately express our frustration that these communications have been repeatedly ignored and this equipment has remained unused, sitting in our facility for longer than (6) months.
Our decision stands, and the fax machine in question will be disposed of on 06-28-19 if prior arrangements to pick it up are not made. Our company already lost money citing this agreement, and no additional monies will be forthcoming.
My business has been trying to cancel service with these people since Feb 4, 2020 and it is now 6/29/2020 and they are still billing us. I have spoken to multiple people there regarding this, through phone and email, and I just got another bill today. We also were a few days late for one month once and they tried putting us into collections. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!
We've been with Carr for quite a few years now and they really try to make things simple. Anytime I need service, they are pretty quick, usually within 24 hours. Ran out of ink? Usually ships and we get it by next morning UPS. Props to our contact Avital Kushilevich, she is awesome, always helps me when I have an odd question and gets me the information I need in a timely manner. They also work with us on the leases and only sell us on what we really need. Thanks Carr for being awesome!
My business has been with Carr since 2011 to service our desktop printers and have been happy with their service. Due to Covid we are no longer in the office and do not need thier services. I tried to put our service on hold and was "denied." After that I have been trying to cancel service with these people since August 18th, 2020 and it is now 9/30/2020. My rep is not returing my messages. I have emailed contract department and they are not returing my messages. Online chat joins teh chat and then they ignore me too. They are basically ignoring me. I know this is a difficult time but you have to at least call your clients back.
I am posting this mainly to try to get them to call me back.
WE HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET SERVICE SUPPORT BUT ALL I GET IS VOICE MAIL AND A MESSAGE LOOP THEY ARE ALL BUSY. ABSOLUTLEY TERRIBLE.
