Based on our experience and anecdotal knowledge of real estate agents, we give Jill Lawrence and Caron B Realty International a 5 star rating. Jill helped us through an unusual property offering and often went above and beyond her 'call of duty' . Our home was unique both in lot size and design amenities. Visitors to her open houses and scheduled showings were extremely complimentary and seemed interested but no offers. Jill analyzed the situation and focused on identifying prime buyers and minimalistic staging to give the prospects a true vision of our homes potential. The right buyers came along and appreciated out little offer and make an offer for full price. Jill demonstrated her professionalism and commitment to exceptional support throughout the process. In addition, the administrative support from Caron B was seamless and efficient. We highly recommend them!

Seven years ago Caron sold a condo for us in Hawaii Kai. When we knew we were coming back to Hawaii, Caron B Realty International was the first company we called. It was such a pleasure working with Caron and her office manager Julie Eggers. Most of the purchasing process was done on the phone and over the internet because we still live on the mainland. Caron and Julie were responsive and efficient, paid attention to details we could not oversee personally and kept us updated and informed as our purchase progressed. This was the most pleasant real estate transaction we have ever experienced thanks to Caron and Julie.

She is dedicated, loyal, committed, thoughtful, personalized, caring, understanding and patient. These are only some of the words I can use to describe Jessica White as a person. The 2.5 year experience I have had with her in searching for the perfect home for my son and I could not have been done with a better realtor. 2.5 years is a long time, a lot of changes in the market, personal priorities, and financial standing. She was as fluid and flexible with me as the Ocean, which I think she was born out of.
Her knowledge of the Oahu island markets is unmatched. She seems to know or be connected to every area, weather it was hard work researching or personal relationship with relators in that area. This is no surprise to her very welcoming and friendly personality.
She is extremely easy to work with. I never had a problem reaching her. If there was a missed called, she followed up with a text to let me know she received it and will call me back. She always had an answer or would find the answer to my questions and concerns. She always found the time to meet me wherever we needed to be, or just for a casual coffee to talk over new listings. She literally drove down the H1 west at 5pm on a work week for me.
I believe in her abilities to find the right home for anyone, that I would, without a doubt, recommend her to my family and anyone on the market looking for a new home.
Part of me thinks it took us this long to find a new home, just so that I could keep her actively in my life, because she is such a great person. Although, knowing her, she will be checking in with me a week after closing, two weeks after closing, a month after closing, and probably forever. She is not a realtor to disappear after. I am truly sad to see our house hunting adventure is over, but I am also truly excited for anyone who gets to start a new life changing adventure with her!

Worse realty company I have ever experienced. Th realtor named Lindsey tried to cheat me out of my deposit, the unit was already dirty when we first moved and it had black mold in the showers. The owner showed up to give a tour of the apartment to his friend when we put our notice in however, according to the Hawaii rental laws you can't do that without giving a notice. The other thing this company did was they did not give us a checklist for the unit nor did they do an inspection before we left. Also,they tried to get us to pay for the deep deep cleaning . That way,they can rent this place for a new push over.Never trust this company.

Caron and her team are absolutely stellar. They sold our condo for above asking price, and took care of everything from beginning to end seamlessly. The professional staging was beautiful as were the pictures. She was always very accessible and kept us informed throughout the process. I cannot recommend her more highly....
