I got a good opportunity from Sandya to work in this company this is a great place to work and our team leader Kamala is very supportive she helps to work in the comfort zone by clearing all my doubts Paramita and Arshiya had given me good product knowledge about the company and this gave me a confidence to work in this company, For fresher this is a good place to start up

Faculty sandya mam is superb well knowledge, she gave respect to everyone.

No response from Ms.Sandhya even after passing the interview, not answering the call itself bad experience from VMG.

The culture of this company is a great and everyone I worked with was amazing . Management worked together for the well being of the resident. co -workers were very close to resident and families , Sandhya ma'am had given me good opportunity to work here , Arshiya ma'am had given me the training and this gave me a confidence to work in this organization , Kamala is awesome person she was clearing my doubts and make to me work comfortable in this company.

Worst pupil..worst HR I have ever seen that type of HR before she is taking interview like IAS interview she is doing too much of overacting she is asking original certificates without knowing the product how can we give...then too there is no cab facility but we need to go for night shift is she mad or something... Who is the responsibility if anything done at night time don't waste your time by visiting that bloody fools

Any one get job because there is no employees in their company because of team leader worst team leader and staff

Not a great visit... Not enough parking space and lengthy process of hiring.

Good platform to learn and work peacefully . Working for last three years . this company gave me the opportunity to groom and discover my hidden abilities which I was not aware of , One can have the environment to improve skill and knowledge.

Fake people.. They told me to register immediately by paying 11K and not to tell about the product to anybody.. looks it's fishy..

I have been working in VMG for 5+ years . It gave me a platform to learn and explore many things by giving continuous support and guidance .
Has team culture spread across organisation and employess are very friendly , Good supportive management ,Very well maintained ,Organises various cultural activities .
VMG gave me a opportunity to enhance my skills and knowledge. I got experience in managerial skills,leadership skills and got a growth in the company .

Overall It is a great place to work !!! Proud to be a part of VMG BPO !!

First let me thank the company for giving me an wonderful opportunity to join them.
As I have earlier worked with many other BPO'S, this company is not as same but every one needs a change in their working culture.

she took her time to select but I hope she made an right decision, the way she organized the interview in her busy schedule was amazing she never showed her pressure on me like some of the HR's do on candidates.

How many managers will take a point from an agent? But she values every ones point and implements it . which was unbelievable for me

I hardly worked for 2months unfortunately I quit the job due to salary issues
It was not credited on time since my account number was wrongly updated by management(that was not my mistake)

Con's
If u take a day leave or an emergency leave 2days salary will be deducted.
It is named as emergency coz no one knows it earlier about the situation.
You are not suppose to speak to your colleague (you will get warning)
No cafeteria
No cabs
Break time is worst only 30mins break for lunch no short breaks.

Working with VMGBPO for 4+ years. This is a great place to work without pressure and tension of targets. A supportive organization which gives ample of opportunities to employees to learn and develop their skills. I have learnt a lot from here, developed skill and knowledge in various areas.

VMG is a great place to work. It's been 1 and a half year since I have joined VMG and I have no any regrets joining this company
