I have ordered several times before but now, it is terrible. The sizing is so terrible one time it fits and the next time you could swim in the item ordered. They say free shipping on the catalog and then get stuck paying the postage. When I call to ask about it the worker can not even speak english and can't answer anything. When I ask for a supervisor my call suddenly ends....hummmmmm. This has happened 3 times to me i the last 6 months.
Received item several sizes smaller (mislabeled). To return it, I should pay for shipping more than half of original price of this item.

I ORDERED PLANT STAKES IN THE BEGINNING OF JANUARY STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED. WHEN I CALLED COULD NOT UNDERSTAND THE WOMEN THAT WAS SPEAKING VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY.
Give wrong info cant understand them. None one can speak plain english its broken english. The products are ok but you can get the same thing at a cheaper price at Walmart. Can't get a tracking number even if you ask several times. They do it for you.
Placed an order and sent them a check on July 2, 2020. Heard nothing from them on July 8th could not check the order as they had not emailed me the order number. Called customer service July 8 and was repeatedly asked for my information, name, phone, item. Finally after the third request to repeat the information told me after an 8 minute conversation with them the items were out of stock. I told them I had just received their catalog so how could the items be out of stock they were 3 pairs of pants. The person said the catalogs were preprinted. I asked when my refund would be returned and they said 7 to 10 days. Never called or emailed to say the items were out of stock. Hope I get my refund as I will not be ordering from them again. Customer Service is lacking and if you go on their website they rate themselves mostly a 5 which as we know is not the case as their rating is actually 2.7.
I will never order again. Stay away!
I ordered 6 items: missing 2 items, 1 item is nothing close to that I ordered and different size, 1 item is smaller size. It seems like they threw into the package whatever they had at the moment. So 4 out of 6 items are going into garbage.
Very sad, I put an order in online they sent me confirmation thru my email, then theysent an email to my wife whose email I didn't use stating such and such is shipping, it was a birthday gift that she now knows about cause of there mistake but everyone I've talked to puts blame on me even though they can confirm I got the confirmation email very sorry customer service ask for supervisor they say they will call back next day.... This is the first time that purchasing items from a company has frustrated me so badly. I placed an order a few months ago. There was no communication as to my order at all. After weeks, of waiting, customer service was called again. The order was processed and upon opening the package, 3 out of 4 items were incorrect and order had to be sent back. After more time and no conversation, customer service was called again. The returned items were received weeks ago and never processed. A rush has been sent to process my order. I did check to make sure that items were in stock. One of them was already sold out. Hopefully, my order will be filled promptly and it will be what was ordered. Thank heavens the support people are polite and helpful. Sadly, I can not recommend this company to anyone.
There only getting 1 star because I can't give them 0 I wish I would have read the reviews on this place before ordering but they look so legit I ordered 3 weeks ago never received a confirmation email I waited 3 business days then I tried to contact them with no avail I emailed them as a last resort with no response here we are 3 weeks later after I ordered the items elsewhere I get an email saying my items have shipped I don't even want the order anymore now I have to pay to return ship do not order from this company

IT LOOKS LIKE NEW. I launder everything on the cold water setting, and then through them in the dryer . All my Carol Wright clothes come out looking great.....as though they were ironed. The fabric is strong, and I believe these dresses, blouses, and other items will be around for years. I highly recommend your site, as your products are top-notch, and quite affordable.

The sewing quality for the bedspread was not the best. Other things I have tried we're okay
I received a post card saying my order had been cancelled. No other explanation. I phoned and had big problem understanding the "poor English the gentlemen" was speaking. It took longer than I expected; I asked for the spelling and didn't understand half of that!! There was a problem with my address. (my physical and post office address differ). But I've ordered before and didn't experience this address problem.... Finally I made a re-order & got a confirmation #, that I might or might not have gotten.
I have ordered items twice from this outfit. I ordered tops nd linen pants. They sent the tops but no pants, said they ere back ordered. Ordered a top and blue linen pants, same thing. Now they tell me they won t be here until October . Crazy way to do business.
They never shipped half my order and charged me for the stuff I did not receive. They dont speak English and I had to pay 60 that I did not owe . Otherwise it would have affected my credit . Do not order or deal with this company...

how can you not include a picture and simple instructions for furniture to be assembled ??? I'm putting together a multipurpose cart for my elderly aunt. I have no instructions and no picture. Customer service who I could barely understand said to hire someone one.
PLEASE ... DO NOT SEND any more catalogs. I used to enjoy browsing through and sometimes ordering products ... BUT .... you now have items in your catalog that are not suitable for children's eyes. If I can't leave it on the coffee table - I DO NOT WANT IT .... right in the trash. Rating of ONE STAR is only because I couldn't post without it ...
I did not ask for your catalogue, but you earn the 1-star review for the trash items sold on 4 of your pages that are completely inappropriate to mail randomly to people. Shame on you.
I placed an order on April 12th and waited for it to arrive. On April 28th I sent them an email to find out what had happened to my order since they had received my payment. It is May 5th and I still do not have my order. Needless to say this company is seriously inadequate with the catalogue part of their company. I would not recommend using their services to anyone. And it makes me feel bad to write a negative review.
