This is the first time that purchasing items from a company has frustrated me so badly. I placed an order a few months ago. There was no communication as to my order at all. After weeks, of waiting, customer service was called again. The order was processed and upon opening the package, 3 out of 4 items were incorrect and order had to be sent back. After more time and no conversation, customer service was called again. The returned items were received weeks ago and never processed. A rush has been sent to process my order. I did check to make sure that items were in stock. One of them was already sold out. Hopefully, my order will be filled promptly and it will be what was ordered. Thank heavens the support people are polite and helpful. Sadly, I can not recommend this company to anyone.
