Really smart. To say wonderful, is also good. A truly nice and pleasant experience. Sadly, as usual, I never scored an eventful money making outing. I've always been on the losing streak. Always. Carnival City is an appropriate name, almost boastfully so. The carnival theme exudes glee and forces you into a joyful mood that makes you never want to leave. The casino is the main attraction and rightfully so. But the food court is filled with our eatery favourites and the entertainment is of amazing quality. There is always something happening but the downside is that it is always packed.
During Covid and middleof the week..it was very quiet .. yet everyone stays professional. Had a lovely evening with my boyfriend.. went to the movies... was fun!
The place looks different than before because Covid-19 came and changed things around,that can't stop having fun at this place and I love what they did with the gaming place so yeha the place doesn't get that much crowded than before, the is this new restaurant that jst got in Milly land
Thought it would be a decent 2nd stop for the day. Finding the way to the kids area and playgrounds was hard to follow the signage. Parents couldn't ride on the train with our 2yr old. Just got told no. No explanation nothing. Person was very disrespectful. The other gentleman on the other rides were more understanding and happy to assist. Pricing on the rides is borderline ripoff.
When leaving security do not understand how a keyless start works on a car and became very rude towards myself and my family. We will not be going back to this so called family entertainment spot again anytime soon.
Excellent place to go for an outing, Social distancing well maintained,Place is constantly sanitized and all in all a great experience and day out

Had a chilled time here with family. 2nights stay for my bday. Our suite was awesome. My mom loved it too (and she's very fussy) Full breakfast was served in our suite for two mornings.. It was scrumptious to say the least. (buffet style )
We have always been going to Carnival city for entertainment and music festivals the last one we attended was Zonke's concert before the Lockdown.Carnival city caters for all ages.
What stood up for me and my family this time around on the 8th May is that it was my nephew's birthday and we were celebrating him.I would like to applaud the honesty and excellence of the team at the Go carts,there is a lady who sells the tickets I think her hair is dyed blonde I forgot to get her name for a job well done.When we were on our third ride we noticed that my niece's phone was missing so we went back to the other ride and ended back at the Go carts,to our surprise the phone was kept aside and retrieved,apparently it was found inside the car she rode in and was handed in back to the lady at the ticket sales.I did go to the lady to say thank you
