Worst place to work if you have a family you wish to spend time with especially on holidays. They will tell you that you have paid holidays off and you don't not ever if it falls on a day your work then you have to work or lose your job. They lie and don't pay enough for all the drama that they put the workers through I would not recommend anyone work for this company.

Well, if you've worked there in sales you're either in or you're out. Not what I'd call a great job to retire on. Hahaha! In fact, I've seen them fire people JUST before retirement. Like this one guy Gene, who worked there something like 30 years. I remember hearing them collude to get him fired before he could retire. Great plan too! Get him doing things he's never done before, and fire him because he can't do the work. I'll never forget the lady at the front desk crying because what they did to him. I'll never forget what she said while I picked up my last check. "Look what they've done to Gene!" Oh, did I say last check? Don't none of you applying worrying about that, you won't get one. See, they had this thing where they buy out of date beer from your accounts, pay full retail, and take it out your check. A favorite thing to do when someone got fired or quit was to "run the route" and buy all the out of dates they could on someone. Of course, they are supposed to throw this beer away, but they bring it home and drink it, at least from what I've seen. Let's see,....what else? Oh yeah, this one is funny, we had a meeting where management asked what they could improve and everyone's thoughts, a guy spoke up in compliant....he was gone in a couple of days. Speaking of meetings, Good LAWDY I hope you like em, cause there will be a lot! They had meetings before meetings about a meeting they are going to be meeting on. I've never seen so many meetings. In my short tenure there I must have seen at least 12-15 people get the axe maybe more, at least one or two a month leaving. Now to my understanding, you got some guys been there a long time, and good for them...In fact, the guys I worked with directly were alright. It's my opinion that the upper management has created what I'd classify as a hostile work environment. Hell, maybe even the owner too, he was never around really. But know something, if you just up and leave them, or express what you see is wrong, prepare to be ostracized. It's hurts their pride...you have to remember, these guys working here are fighting everyday NOT just to do their job, but to keep it. That sounds strange but it takes more than just doing the job and they all know that. I heard them talking about getting rid of people, including some still working there. Even the guys that have been there for years know there is an axe being sharpened for them they do whatever they can to postpone it ....is today the day? And if you are miserable there, leave. Life goes on and it was the worst job I've ever had and leaving was the best thing that's ever happened to me...lol I say leaving, but I was fired, funny thing they didn't know I already had another job starting in 3 days, I was already gone. ALL THIS SAID, the place is under new management, a couple of my friends still work there, I hope things have gotten better for them. The old VP Chad Webb was a nightmare, and made it difficult to work there, but on the flip side, he DID turn around KW.....hell I say with reserve, he may even have saved it. I just know how things went when I was there....they were baaaaaad. I hope for the guys I know that thing have gotten better. Good luck at the interview!
