Waiting 50 minutes for a pick up.Called in advance to order because I had to baby s in the car.Was regular costumer,Never again

A fun UWS family style Italian restaurant. We had a large group of people and our waiter did a fairly good job ensuring everyone had what they needed the entire time. The food was great and the atmosphere was perfect for families.

I reserved a 7:30 table for 2 on Wednesday. We were seated quickly after being greeted by a maitr'd who seemed nice but overextended during the dinner hour. The experience was fine for a moderately priced restaurant. Our server was pretty impersonal but not unpleasant. Again, she seemed to have a lot on her plate which is surprising because there is a full support staff in place on the dining floor. Indeed we had been served by a support staff and five minutes went by before the server came over to make sure we had been served appropriately. We had stuffed mushrooms and veal parmesan with angel hair pasta. The food was good. I've eaten at very fine Italian eateries as well as the worst like Olive Garden. This fare was somewhere in between. Enjoyable but not clearly of higher quality and not inventive. Just good. Fine. It arrived quickly enough.

The atmosphere is very family friendly. Many tables were five or more people with one child or more at the table. Many young couples at tables too.

We were handed a credit card machine to pay our bill with. We did, left the machine on the table, and had no further interaction with any staff member as we left. We were not thanked for coming by our server who walked past us, nor by the hostess who seated us whom we passed idling atop the staircase. In general, the hospitality leaves a lot to be desired.

A more welcoming atmosphere or food of higher perceived value would have added at least one star to this review.

I am a BBQ lover too. I would like to consider food from their partner operation which does bbq counter service near the entrance. If the food is produced by the same company, I'm not excited to dig in.

A preferred place for quality italian food. Visited Fri evening I think. I can see why they have a lot of positive reviews.

Awesome people and overall a great place to take the family

Family place for good italian food. Went back twice same week. Huge dishes. Dont go less than 4 people. Try the meatballs.

Huge family style servings, beautiful decor. I enjoyed my time there. Wait times for tables can be very long.

Placed an order and they gave us false information about delivery and put us on hold and did not return.

Amazing wonderful experience will be back Definitely very large portions of tasty food .
