Many water dispensers, pure alkaline water straight from the source. Very popular
This water is the best. I can always taste the minerals and other stuff in water but not here. They do have the best tasting water anywhere. Plus it is very good for you better then other waters. Im a buyer for life.
I started buying this water and now I'm hooked. Velvety smooth and very inexpensive compared to buying water bottles.
Good water, but always busy, I'd recommend buying the Costco water instead of filling up here unless you like to park on the street while waiting in line. People are friendly and they have the best water for the most part. Price keeps going up so don't know if it's really worth it anymore.
Did not enjoy my spa experience here. The drinking water tho is great.
Best tasting water at an unbelievable price! Don't waste your money on single serve water bottles! They also sell glass bottle and stands!
I love Carlsbad water! I feel noticeably more energetic and hydrated when I drink it.
Mineral water with a ph of 8.5, comes underground all the way from Palomar area. Awesome prices; $3.50 for 5 gallons of water.
Love the water here as I've switched over from the Costco bottles to filling up a 5 gallon jug here. I like getting it from the source and not having to dispose of all the plastic. It's a pretty good setup, a wash for the bottle and a quick fill up.
Water tastes great. Not very busy when we went during the middle of the week. Weekends are kinda crazy busy tho.
Always crowded, but easy to pull in and get your Carlsbad Alkaline Water.
This afternoon I was running some ph and other tests on our aquaponics system with our professional freshwater master test kit (droppers of test solution and vials for the water), and I decided to run a test on our tap water. The tap water was 7.6ph. Then I ran a test on the CARLSBAD WATER......
I first tested it with the high range tester, because honestly I expected it to be at least 8.0. (they claim their water is 8.0-9.0ph.) The high range test I ran first tests a range of 7.4-8.8. I expected this test result to be purple in color, but to my surprise, it turned out yellow (which was lighter than 7.4, the lowest this test range went). This meant the ph reading was less than 7.4! Needless to say I was UPSET at this point.
Then I ran the second test, the low range test, which tests ph between 6.0-7.6. THE CARLSBAD WATER TESTED AT 6.4ph which is more acidic than our tap water! Needless to say, we won't be driving all the way up to get Carlsbad water anymore! We are so disappointed that the Carlsbad water was not within the range that they advertise, but moreso that it was so acidic and we have been trying to get things more alkaline! I just wanted others to know.
Great water but the price is getting a little high.
This is the only water that my family drinks! Artesian Well and Naturally Alkaline Water! Great customer service and now AVAILABLE IN COSTCO!
Used to be amazing but it's ruined by all the hype since they started selling at Costco. People are rude now, getting a spot is harder than ever and they now underfill the bottles. Love the water though.
Best water in the State, but waiting for parking makes you real thirsty
Yes, there's almost always a wait. But that's because the water is good. Prices went up, but it's still reasonable for good water. Also, there is a woman who works there, who's super helpful with change and machine issues, and she does a great job keeping the machines clean. The last time I was there, I noticed her helping an older gentleman by filling his water for him. Then, she put it in his car, and helped him into the passenger seat. Classy.
We just can live without this great water. You have to taste to understand.
This water is excellent. it is must try if you are in the area.
Been drinking this water for few years now. Cannot drink any other water.
The water comes from a deep well, it's very tasty. There is an ozone rinse for 10 cents and it's $4.00 for 5 gallons.
The water is great! Unfortunately the owners are more concerned about their bottom line. Last 4 visits to refill my containers I have been shorted my correct change. They have reduced available parking with product storage and delivery trucks and for the 3rd week in a row less than half of the water dispensers are operational. I'm so happy they can send more water in disposable plastic containers all over SoCal
I love this site, just because it exists is a big step for a better world
Nice and easy to use. Bring cash. They sell gallon bottles and they take card for that but still bring like $10 bucks or more in singles and 5s since that's what the machines take. Easy parking and use. Great experience. Will definitely try again.
The best tasting and healthiest water on the planet ever! Plus its run by a caring friendly family that is always pleasant to customers!
First and foremost, this company isn t doing anything that they aught to be doing. It s a monopolistic company that steals money left and right. One thing is that the machines do not give back the change for bigger bills. Quite often do I find them taking away the extra dollar worth of change instead of giving it back with the quarters that are set inside of it. Secondly, the company spontaneously increased the price of water for no apparent reason. Even washing your bottle will cost you money and I m not even talking about filling it up with the precious water which you came to get! BUT this is all overshadowed by the fact that in order to get to filling your bottles, you must walk through disgusting mud that lays around the filling stations. This mud, made out of a mix of sand and dirt, gets all over your shoes and ruins not just them but also the floor mats of your car. I can t imagine a company that makes a fortune, based on the lines to the stations, that cannot pave a proper walkway to their water. The company deserves no credit for the delicious water which comes from nature, and instead should be bombarded by bad commentary due to their inability to properly service their costumers.
I don't buy my water anywhere else. Parking can be a bit of an issue, but is less crowded if you go during the week.
I get the water every week. I enjoy the refreshing a clean taste. The whole setup is very enjoyable.
The best water your hard earned cash can buy! Much cheaper than the crappola they try and push on you at the market. Enjoy!
Great store nice selection of glass water bottles and truly helpful customer service.
After being a loyal delivery customer for over a year, our water delivery needs had changed. When the delivery driver made our recent delivery, I informed him that we only needed two five-gallon bottles. He told me that they have a three- bottle minimum or they have to charge me an additional $15.00. I said I only needed two bottles and he gave me a receipt for the two bottles. Within several minutes the manager called and said he was going to charge me the additional $15.00 there are no exceptions. I explained to him that I didn t mind the additional fuel charges that they tack on to the bill every month unlike any other water service. However, as a matter of customer service I felt that the $15.00 was not reasonable and that I wanted them to deliver the extra bottle they were going to charge me for. The manager said he would not send his driver back, even though he was still in the area. I told him that I was puzzled by their lack of customer service/loyalty as there are many other options out there for similar products and services. He said there are no exceptions and I told him that as a matter of principle he would be losing a customer for life and he didn t seem to care. As a business owner myself for over 30 years I was blown away by their callous attitude. I will be taking my business elsewhere and let the public know of my experience.
Shortly after posting my review, I received a call from Jake Smith the general manager of Carlsbad Alkaline Drinking Water. He asked me for more details and my version of the events as to why I was dissatisfied with my experience. After hearing my side, he immediately apologized for any misunderstanding or inconvenience and offered me several options if I wanted to resume my service. I explained to him that we love their product and we are happy to continue being a customer. It is this type of customer service and prompt response to issues that set some companies apart from the rest. Thanks Jake for reaching out to us and helping to resolve our issue.
Drink it all day long. Still trying to work on finding the non busy hours.
Very cool piece of Carlsbad history. They now sell at Costco.
Life changing great water! Wish the parking was better. At least paved.
We drive in from lake isabella just for this water! 93240
Love this water...we drive about 100 miles round trip every couple of weeks to load up on 24 gallons of this amazing liquid health. Nice people, super helpful! Couldn't ask for more.
Natural alkaline water. From artesian wells. I Take 6 5gallon bottles to refill. Beet tasting water in so calif. Worth the trip every two months. The cost has been creeping up. Now 90 cents a gallon. So approx $4.50 per 5 gallons. The rinse is 10 cents.
Love this water, looking for any other incredients that could be in it. How natural? No metals?
I love this water & I drive from east county once a month to get it! Always meet some real nice folks when I'm there too.
Good healthy well water not messed with by man. I believe my good heath starts with water this is the best.
Reasonably priced and remarkably tasty alkaline water. 24-hr refill stations and plenty of them for all the people who love this place too!
Best water and that's all I've been drinking for the last 9 years!
I immediately tasted the difference and love this water.
Healthiest WATER so clean and alive. I am a Water snob it's the best.
This is an awesome family-run business! I love their water- it's the only stuff I drink! I get about 20 gallons a week from the vending machines, and it's flawless. I'd recommend it to anyone who's looking to get healthier
walk was nice, getting out in the fresh air was nice, seeing the people was nice,
due to the covid-19 affair going on, restrictions on sitting on the sand at the beach has just been lifted so that will be another day. Just ran some errands in the village went to the post office got my water now I'm home with my feet up.
Until you try it you don't know what you a missing out on. I don't want to wver go back to thw other kinds of bottled water.
