Interviewed there once. The interview seemed more like an interrogation. They literally read from printed out questions they found on the internet. They never once asked a single question about me or anything that would help them or me get to know each other. They only cared about how many overtime hours I could commit to, what or how much I could take of intense stress without any guidance, and only what I could do to help manage the severe staffing shortage and the employee retention due to horribly low, unsustainable pay. They dont seem to care at all about hiring for a harmonious relationship that would lead to long term employment and productive work on an ongoing basis.
