Just spoke to this company and I am not impressed! I'm an out of state investor and called to speak with a realtor. I mentioned that I would need some information on different neighborhoods. She told me that she could not guide me on a neighborhood and I would have to drive around the neighborhoods. I've never had a realtor say something like this to me. I would not recommend this company.
We had an amazing time with her. She was very patient and helpful throughout the process. She s always available when we needed her. She brought up good ideas and advised which helped us where we are today . She was with us through the searching and closing day of our home. If will ever want to buy in future I will definitely use Theresa M for she s a wonderful personality with a good personality.

Gina was absolutely wonderful to work with! She helped us with staging our home to sell it, and with finding our new home as well. Gina was always positive and energetic, even with taking us to look at a lot of houses (I lost count, pretty sure it was more than 50 houses though). I would definitely recommend Carleton Realty and, specifically, Gina Mancuso.
Whatever you do: do NOT use Herbie Johnson as your realtor nor attempt to purchase one of his listings. He is rude, unprofessional and inefficient as a realtor. Our home closure was postponed numerous times due to his lack of ability to communicate with his seller, inability to acquire needed documents in order to close, and general manipulation in selling this home. He kept feeding lies regarding his client and the home to our realtor in order to keep us in contract. He was very verbally hostile to our realtor who was simply trying to do their job. We ended up backing out of the home as the contract was broken more than once, and there was no closing date in sight. Such a sad situation, but I would never work this individual in purchasing a home ever again, even if it were my dream home.
