I made a cold-call to Caring Solutions from a list given by the hospital. I didn't really know what I was asking because I didn't have all of the information I needed. Sandy called me back immediately. In just a few minutes she figured out what the family's situation was and what we needed. It turned out we already had a custodial care provider and would not need Caring Solutions services. That did not matter. I continued asking questions and Sandy answered them more than willingly because she saw that I was lost in the desert. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, but not only that, Sandy showed very deep kindness and empathy. After a 10 minute phone call, I could not recommend more highly, and I would love to give her and her company our business because of the the professionalism and competence she showed.
