Run far, run fast. We recently booked a trip to St Lucia with Caribtours. What a mistake. Every part of the trip (aside from the flight) that they were responsible for went wrong. Upon returning we tried nicely to voice our grievances in order to be reimbursed with little effect. Save yourself the trouble and book your trip with someone else.
We had a lovely holiday with them but having requested a brochure, we are still waiting 3 weeks later!!!

I ve travelled with Caribtours several times over the course of the last 5 years and have had a great experience each time so was surprised to read the negative comments below. I ve always found their reservations team to be really helpful and knowledgeable they know the Caribbean like the back of their hands so have suggested some great hotels that I wouldn t have known about otherwise. Customer service is friendly and travel documents always arrive on time. I m off to Mexico next month which will be my 5th holiday with Caribtours, and definitely not my last!
