I ve travelled with Caribtours several times over the course of the last 5 years and have had a great experience each time so was surprised to read the negative comments below.

I ve always found their reservations team to be really helpful and knowledgeable they know the Caribbean like the back of their hands so have suggested some great hotels that I wouldn t have known about otherwise. Customer service is friendly and travel documents always arrive on time. I m off to Mexico next month which will be my 5th holiday with Caribtours, and definitely not my last!
