I talked with Adam Weaver in Sales because I had temporarily disconnected our tech support because our office was closed for several months because of COVID19. He was very kind , understanding, and helpful. He got all our paperwork finished and had us reconnected in less than 24 hours. We were very pleased.

I was NOT happy when Dr Wimmer wanted to switch to Carestream/Sensi!! I did not feel the system had what we needed. Adam was and has been patient with me and ALL my concerns! Adam along with Bernedette met most if not all of the concerns I had and we will now be switching over the Sensi next week! Adam's customer service is the best!!

Our office had training on Sept 17th with Deborah Fletcher. She was met with a great deal of push back from some of our staff who weren't ready and did not want to learn a new system. Deborah handled herself beautifully!! She was patient and kind the entire day. Deborah is VERY knowledgeable and a GREAT teacher!! We were very lucky to have her as our trainer. Can't say enough about her!!!

Adam W really sets the bar for quality customer service. The amount of follow up he did really made the difference in my own success and helped me with the multi-tasking that as Administrators can sometimes be overwhelming. I appreciate that even when the questions were hard, he had answers. Constantine was also very helpful, quick to respond, and helped me best he could. Adam was able to pick up where he couldn't help, and always went the extra mile to help me, and took stress off of my life!! Thanks Adam W, you really are a difference maker!
