The worst university ever. Do not waste your time ...

The worst university ever. Do not waste your time and money sending your child here. They do not practice Catholic Values At all. The instructors are not even qualified to teach, they do not teach anything. They teach everything from power point that student already have copies of. Most of the instructors do not have PH.D's. Tuition is very expensive and under-qualified instructors all always discouraging students and putting them down. If students have problems, the faculty sides with instructors not helping students at all.
The university is overrated. The name is just a cover up to attract Christian students. The faculty members and instructors, do not follow the Christian principles in the way they act and conduct themselves, specially toward students. Parents be aware, do not let the name fool you - Holy Family. Not Holy at all the way the faculty member and instructors conduct themselves.
At holy family university nobody gets a second chance, evilness prevails.

This school accepts anyone, you are just another $ sign in their eyes. They do not care about the student's well-being nor care that the student's tuition is giving them a paycheck. If the student has an issue, they turn their backs on the student's rather then finding a solution to help the student.
It is not worth paying $30,000 when you are not even getting a "Catholic" education.
They all act like atheists anyways, with how they treat the students.

Holy Family University is the place where I really found my home. I was looking at many different schools when I was looking into higher education. Holy Family really stuck out because of the student leaders, and the fun they create for the students.
I know some of this sounds very cheesy, but it is very true. As a Junior Communications student here, HFU really gave me my shot to expand on my professional career. It really helped me make great contacts within my major and from sending me to leadership conferences all across the Pennsylvania region. These ties I have are really going to help me when it comes to getting involved in my career.
I would give HFU that second look when looking at schools. It truly is a great place to be!

I am getting my MBA from Holy Family University. The flexible class schedule allows me to continue doing my regular job and do the program at the same time. The professors really care about student success. They are friendly and easy to talk to. The students I ve gone through the program with have become friends. It s a difficult program as it follows the Harvard Business School case studies but it s very rewarding.

Since transferring to Holy Family University in 2014 I've come to realize that this was one of the best decisions I have made in my collegiate career thus far. I have never been more satisfied with this university in terms of education, faculty/staff, and the students I have met and ultimately became close with. Holy Family is more than a University, it is a place that, should you put your mind to it, can open doors for your career and future. As graduation quickly approaches I look back on these past two years and realize that the education I gained, not only scholastically but emotionally and spiritually, will be the the ground work in creating a successful future for myself. I just wanted to thank all the faculty, staff, and students that made me feel like I was a part of their family even though we may share different views and beliefs.

I only started here to get my family off my back. But it is here that I found a home and a family that made me feel so much better about myself. The teachers know u by name and always try to be available for all their students. I graduated shockingly with honors. I miss the school very much it was the only school I truly felt I belonged and loved. And they were very respectful that I was not catholic.

Holy Family University is a rare jewel in the Northeast area of Philadelphia. The college i small with a few satellite location; I kept my studies to the main campus at Grant & Frankford Ave. From the first moment to the last I felt like I was part of a community of like minded individuals. There were a few students who were there because their parents wanted them in a college, any college. However, most of the students were hardworking and eager to learn. The tuition was affordable and made even more so because of the frequent opportunity for financial aide and scholarships. I have alo discovered that HFU had greatly prepared me for Graduate School by assigning research based essays and offering a wide range of topics and areas of study. I had a wonderful time and made many lasting friendships as well.
