Best hotel ever service location and all stuffs
All restaurants were amazing and the foods perfect

We are never returning to this hotel, the service at the breakfast is poor, tipping waiters does not help. But the worst thing is the music blasting from the buddah bar until 1 am. I have a 2year old who could not sleep. On top of that there was a private party with music so loud you could not read a book let along fall asleep. This is the worst treatment of guests i have ever received in my life. There was no apology to the guests for the major inconvenience. Food is average and only 2 restaurants. Save your money and nerves and book another hotel!!!

In one word everything was perfect. The hotel is so beautifully designed. Everything detail, everything has been done with separate care. It certainly deserves the price. The hotel staff are very professional and fully focused on customer satisfaction. A place to go if you want to feel special. Beautiful resort with a beautiful beach with a Buddha Bar. It's the closest one to Bodrum town, just 15 minutes taxi ride to the center. Views are great from each and every room. Outdoor infinity pool is big and extraordinary nice, made of stone (not tiles as usual). Nice staff. Great food. Good gym and spa. Would stay again. Recommendations!

The hotel is located in a beautiful bay with an elegant and luxurious structure. Rooms are clean. It can offer many different alternatives for water sports activities. There are artificial sandy beaches on the beach for families with children. Buddha bar concept offers good opportunities for entertainment. The customer portfolio is the preference of those who are in good financial situation, so you have the situation to see rich Arabian fragrance tourists. Unfortunately, the majority of the waiters and employees do not wear masks in the hotel we stayed in during the corona period, and I saw that almost none of the kitchen workers did not take any measures to protect Covid19. Even though we warn them, they do not wear masks or the mask is half way around their faces. If you go during the corona period, you need to be careful. If you have a vehicle, valet service is provided, which means plenty of tips ... Generally nice hotel.

Outstanding immaculate and beautiful both the hotel and the staff.
Luxury interior throughout, this is more than a five star hotel, More like Dubai standard.
Nothing is too much trouble, perfectly designed with fabulous bed and pillows!!
Any pillow you want actually.
First time for us and We have no complaints whatsoever ever.
We will be back hopefully October when the weather is milder.
Great couples hotel but also food for kids.

Currently the best hotel in Bodrum. Great location, elegant design with attention to detail. Very friendly and professional staff. Food and drinks slightly overpriced. Overall, I'd highly recommend staying here.

The sea and bay of the hotel is very nice. All rooms have sea view. Architecture is new and modern. However the quality of service could be better.

Amazing location and facilities / overpriced wine list

Yummy hotel very well decorated! When you arrive at the hotel .... the impression is that you have arrived in the wrong place, because there is a residential part in front. After you arrive at the reception, they receive you with refreshing wipes and take you by electric trolley to the reception. Breakfast service is pretty poor despite the variety of options. At peak hours the service gets much worse and the napkins run out. Worse is having to run after the waiter to ask for water etc, taking into account the value of the hotel room rate.

We stayed for 3 nights in September. As marriott ambassadors, we were upgraded to a beautiful suite with a kitchen and an amazing balcony. The hotel itself is astonishing: amazing location, architecture, beaches... everything. However, it s not really quite 5 stars. The service isn t luxury. A very limited number of staff speaks english. You wait too long to get what you want, especially at breakfast and on the beach. Yes, by the way, the breakfast options are VERY limited compared to other 5-star hotels we stayed in before. The hotel is understaffed and you feel like they need more people everywhere. One bad thing in particular was the electricity issue. We had no electricity in our room for almost an hour and we had to go the reception to get it fixed as the phone in the room also stopped working when the electricity went off. The second time we had an electricity cut, we did what the electrician did before, and we fixed it ourselves as we didnt want to go all the way to the reception again. A good suggestion would be adding phones in the corridors in case these incidents happen with other guests.

I stayed in this hotel years ago when I was Fuga Hotel, I loved it very much, of course, it has been completely renovated and it has become a much different and beautiful concept. Although I don't like it at all by Gumbet, Caresse is very different with its own area and beach. Especially the spa should be tried.

They not deserve more! They sell silence and it is not! They promise luxury and it is only noise! We will never come back!

Good quality nice hotel related staff and knowledgeable also can be as high as the price

Cons (-):

1) They Are Not Animal Friendly
(2-3 hungry & thirsty cats were walking around in the hotel, they accepted the animals as god guests and ignored them when they had to put a bowl of food & water. During the days we were there we fed and informed the management to provide food & water to these souls, but they refused our request.)

2) They Are Away From Business Ethics
(During the check-out, we noticed that the extra expenditures of 2.500, -TL, which we did not spend, were written on our behalf. We analyzed the expenditure statements in detail, but we requested our own wet signed checks, as we were not satisfied. When they objected, they corrected it by saying "inadvertently".)

3) Siphon, Telephone and Roller Blinds Do Not Work in the Room
(They handed in that the functions of the room were not working, either knowingly or without checking, and they did not offer a room change. Due to the pandemic, we did not want to take anyone into our room for repair.)

4) Hotel Guest Quality Is Very Low
(The socio-economy and socio-cultural level were in opposite directions. Local, middle eastern and Russian tourists and those that come to your mind first may be examples.)

Pros (+):
1) The sea, the beach is beautiful
2) Catering staff are polite, hardworking, smiling and helpful
3) Breakfast quality varied, sterile and delicious

Evaluation:
We went to the accommodation dreaming that there would be a special event to celebrate our wedding anniversary with my wife. We thought that the service / facility / approach would also be of high quality due to the hotel being new and very expensive, but unfortunately we were very wrong. anywhere in the world not only in Turkey close to the same amount or more it can be a quality vacation. If you do not have a travel restriction due to the pandemic, we definitely do not recommend it. Please do not be fooled on behalf of Marriott, we have personally witnessed that it is run like a boss hotel.

My stay was one of the nicest hotels. Immaculate, stylish and peaceful .. perfect for romantic holidays.

Gorgeous resort and stunning property. The pool and beach areas were both incredible- one day there was a live saxophonist playing along with the DJ which was awesome. There are so many different lounge chairs and cabanas to choose from without any additional fees, the spa facilities and treatments were also excellent, and the breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I ve had. Service is very friendly but there is room for improvement- a few times had to ask several times for an ice bucket, sometimes there was a slight language barrier with some staff, and there was an issue with the AC in the room, and although I wouldn t expect that from a resort with these prices it was still an overall excellent experience and would love to return.

Hotel and service are just super enjoy every day arriving at this hotel.

Amazing resort! Three great restaurants on site. Wonderful pool. The spa is awesome. Can t wait to return! Oh, and Yasin the bartender is the man!!!

One of Bodrum's best resorts

From the moment you arrive at the resort, you will be impressed with its design and spacious reception from the employees and their fulfillment of your requirements quickly and accurately.

Upon our arrival, they gave us membership to SPG
An employee of them went with us to show us the sinking and its contents and offered us to upgrade the shipwreck to a wing with a very, very small difference.

The view of the room is very beautiful and spacious, sitting in the balcony and watching the sunrise clears the mind and brings relaxation
The room has an illy coffee machine
They also offer a service that cleans shoes for free

Outdoor sessions on the sea are varied and many

Its only fault
The beach of the resort is small
And breakfast is normal
And the prices are high

It's actually so far past 5stars it's probably closer to 10!

Stunning property. Clean, luxury aesthetic, well maintained modern premises. The best hotel I ve stayed at in Bodrum. Upscale rooms, nice views throughout the property and lots of options in terms of activities- water spots, pools, beach, restaurants.

Wonderful design, great location. The harmony of the buildings with nature is very successful. Relativity tells me what the luxury class is.

Magnificent place where nothing is missing to relax. You are pampered in every situation but what is surprising is that it rises in nothingness .....

Beautiful setting and hotel. My wife an I stayed there about 3 years ago. Been to many places and hotels but this one ticked the boxes. Only downfall was possibly the food sometimes could have been a bit better.
