The worst pharmacy and customer service, don t do your business with them. I fulfilled the prescription for my mother about a month ago they charged the payment of $60 and said it will be delivered in five days but never delivered I tried to contact the pharmacy at first they said they have no record of my mother in their computer then next day I called again they accept that yes she is in their system and prescription is already delivered but I never received it. I tried to call them for a week now to open a lost package process but they just say they will call me in two hours after investigation but never call back. It is been a month since I paid for my mother s prescription but never received. They really don t care if person is dying, they just take their payments and never respond.
Be careful when do your business with them.
I wish i could give them negative star but their is no option.

I called to get my prescription and they charged the amount, and they said it would be at my house in 2 business days. Fast forward 4 business days, and no prescription yet, I call and they tell me it is out of stock, and it will be mailed in 4 days, fast forward another 6 days and I call again only to be told they now changed it and it will be available in 3 months! You have got to be kidding me, I said you charged my account and I don t have my prescription, I want a full refund, and they had the audacity to say they haven t charged my account! When they obviously did.
So disrespectful

Great concept in theory but their website is missing a portal for existing payments to pay for prescriptions; sometimes I get a text message where I can pay, but other times I don't. Customer service told me my card wasn't on file, but I called today and it is? They need to get better organized and commit to better technology/website/text services to make it easier for people to order. Prices are good.

I have been using Carepoint for about a year. The last time I tried to fill my prescription everything looked fine, the charge for my script shows up on my credit card. Fast forward two weeks later, still no prescription. No email, nothing. I call, after talking to two different people they say I don't have a current prescription in the correct ML. I ask if they have contacted my Dr? They did not, they also didn't contact me. They had no problem charging my card. They didn't have any plan on refunding me. If any other pharmacy had what I need, you bet I would be going there. I might even try to change my script to see if I can get something from Walgreens. At least they are more transparent.
TLDR: take your business elsewhere.

Unreliable, very bad customer service, slow shipping, and no customer portal on the website. Easily the worst pharmacy I ve ever dealt with. Do NOT use them for ODACTRA, GRASTEK, or RAGWITEK prescriptions!

Pretty unreliable. Used them a few times and you have to follow up endlessly. Had to go back and forth between my doctor and the pharmacy three times because they weren't getting all of the prescriptions even though my doctor could see that they were submitted and received. Finally, after more than a week, got everything in order; called and ordered all prescriptions, was told they would arrive in 1-2 business days and my credit card was processed immediately of course. 5 days later I hadn't received medications, I called and was told that the label had been created but FedEx never picked up the medicine. Was assured that it would ship out that same day. It's been more than a week and I still don't have medicine. Would not recommend.

Can't thank them enough for all the money they sav...

Can't thank them enough for all the money they saved me. My regular Pharmacy told me my birth control would be $300+! Argued with CVS to use a copay card. Doctor told me about them and I'm glad I listened. Got a text message, clicked the link, and I was shocked my copay was $0. I called them to make sure that it was not an error and the lady on the phone was so nice. I switched my migraine meds to them too.
