I have been using Carepoint for about a year. The last time I tried to fill my prescription everything looked fine, the charge for my script shows up on my credit card. Fast forward two weeks later, still no prescription. No email, nothing. I call, after talking to two different people they say I don't have a current prescription in the correct ML. I ask if they have contacted my Dr? They did not, they also didn't contact me. They had no problem charging my card. They didn't have any plan on refunding me. If any other pharmacy had what I need, you bet I would be going there. I might even try to change my script to see if I can get something from Walgreens. At least they are more transparent.
TLDR: take your business elsewhere.
