Since the first moment my husband & I walked into a Carefree home, we felt like we were in excellent hands. John Dungan made us feel like no matter what, he was going to take care of us.
It took us a whole year and a half to be able to make our dream of home ownership a reality.
The amazing thing is, that throughout the entire process there was always one person making sure that we didn't lose focus, and we stayed motivated to go thru all the ups and downs that purchasing a home can be.
He was honest since the beginning. He warned us that it was going to be a roller coaster due to our credit situation at the moment; but at the end, he assured us that the reward was going to be worth the ride.
And it sure was!
Our Realtor had given up on us, the bank was doubtful in approving our loan, and we almost gave up several times; But John always believed in us and helped us continue the process.
It's been almost 2 years since he own our home, and still feels incredible every time we get home from work, to know that it is Our Home.
We were and still are blessed that God crossed our paths with John's.

Our experience has been by far one of the best with Carefree. Joe Chavez and his team at the Horizon Hills community from beginning to end and even after the homebuying process always go above and beyond! We strongly recommend Carefree to everyone whether you are a first time homebuyer or looking for a second home, definitely consider CareFree as your forever home.

Besides the fact that we had to wear mask and gloves due the current pandemic which we understand is for safety reasons it wasn't too comfortable to move around with them. We are glad we did our homework before hand which helped us in making our decisions. Jennifer was great in providing us with multiple options and giving us her expertise. We are looking forward to seeing everything we picked out.

My wife and I recently invested in a Carefree Home. We purchased a home that was at an advanced stage of construction, but we were still fortunate enough to make some key changes to the floorplan and add details we wanted. The entire process was very efficient. The design center appointment(We dealt with Karina), our loan(Tania G. w/New American Funding), and all the employees involved with our purchase were very helpful, and informative. We have been happy in our home and would definitely recommend Carefree Homes to anyone that is on the market for a home.

John heard our needs and wants and found us our dream home . He not only helped us find our home he has been with us to the end supporting and answering our calls day and night . I can t thank him and Roy enough !

My husband and I completed our experience at the design center on 11/8/19 and can honestly say that our design consultant Jennifer R. made it an enjoyable one. She never rushed us in our selections and took amazing notes for our wish list. Jennifer has also been responsive in the time since when we have sent additional questions usually responding the same day. I hope the remaining phases of this process are just as smooth.

The design studio was amazing! Jennifer was patient and helpful throughout the process.

All I have to say is stay away from this company if you want a nice house built in a timely manner. Look elsewhere El Paso has a lot of better quality builders. Carefree uses the CHEAPEST contractors because they are more concerned with profit then they are quality on people s forever home/investment. Instead of being accountable for the things their contractors fall short on they make an excuse. Don t let their price fool you, their BASE PRICE includes absolutely nothing not even stainless steel appliances. Many other builders for example zia homes gives you quality features included in the base price like stainless steel and smart home features. Carefree lacks quality and customer service. They came to my house and used PAINT THINNER to clean my carpet AND countertops. Paint thinner is highly toxic and should not be used as a cleaner on carpets. Especially if you have dogs, not only that but it s highly flammable. I mentioned this to them and they REFUSED to replace the carpet. Once get into the building process they don t communicate with you at all and they stop caring. They take FOREVER to build and more. It would take multiple post for me to speak on everything I experienced with this builder. HIGHLY recommend you look elsewhere.

From the first point of contact with a CareFree Home representative to the point of selecting the details of your home at the design center, this business model brings value to home ownership. I truly enjoyed the process, it made sense and details made clear. This is my custom home purchase and the first was not a CareFree Home. That first custom home process was a disaster, but not with CareFree.

I just finished my Design Appointment this evening and "WOW"! I had so much fun and Roxana Rocks!! She was very patient and gave me honest feedback while respecting my final decisions on each item. She never rushed me into any selection and was very through on all of my options and choices. She verified at least 3 times that we had everything covered because there is soooo much to choose from. The place closes at 5pm and I didn't leave until 5:15. Roxana and her crew never rushed me to leave due to closing. CareFree Homes is hands down the BEST builder in El Paso!!! I can't wait to close in 2020!

Thank you Carefree for helping us design our first home. Walking in to the design center my wife and I were nervous and overwhelmed with all the different options. After meeting with our designer Jennifer she made us feel welcomed and comfortable through out the process. She took the time to help us understand everything about our new property and get the most out of our experience. Till this day she takes the time to work with us with any questions or adjustments we have towards our design. We really appreciate the whole carefree staff for their services and patience. Poor quality homes. We had a home built from them and the faucets started leaking after 1 year. The house shifted a lot and caused a lot of cracking in the wall. I know some shift is expected but this is more then expected. Also an outlet went out after only 1 year. Very poor quality they are. We bought our house in 2013

Great home builder many options and subdivision throughout the city . I take pride and have confidence in showing Carefree homes to my clients, knowing that they have an amazing product and my client will enjoy thier home for many years to come.

Do not buy your home from this builder. Lets list a few things here.
I bought the house early 2012 with fully upgraded appliances to stainless steel.

Central AC: Within a year of purchase the AC was not blowing cold air. Thermostat was reading 90F+ every day even though it was set to 80. They said they could not send a tech out until the following week. We roasted over the weekend. The AC guy came and said the Free on was flat and needed refilling. Warranty covered the first visit. Within a year same problem occurred. The tech said it was the same issue. This time we paid a fee. Within a year it happened again. This time I complained to carefree and found out that there was a hole in the AC line draining the free on. We had it fixed and paid a fee yet again. CENTRAL AC service x3 all within 3 years of home purchase!

Upgraded Appliance: All within 3 years of buying this house the microwave magnetron went out (replaced with new), shocks in washing machine went out (replaced with new), dishwasher currently going out (it will just split the pod out and not melt it down), Icemachine on fridge not working, TV sound not working (replaced new) Enough said?

Builder Inconvenience: I moved in with most of the subdivision being built up. The builders kept leaving big nails on the middle of the road. I notified both the carefree realtor and carefree HQ with pictures. Nothing improved and I had 2 flat tires within 1 year of moving into the house. Both tires popped within subdivision.

Foundation Leveling: The most recent problem I had was when I removed the carpet to install laminate flooring. When the installer came and put the leveling measure on the floor, the measure it self which laid flat about 3 feet long wobbled around. Regardless of where the installer laid this measure, it was not leveled. In some cases it was so bad that you can slide a pen underneath one side of the measure. (approx 3/4inch difference within 3 feet plain) When I called carefree, the warranty rep Jannette said "your warranty is expired and we cant do anything about it. Cement is never 100%" The flooring installer said my house was probably one of the worst he has seen. It costed additional $485 to level the living room and master bedroom to be able to install the flooring.

When they say "carefree" it is not to the consumer/ client/ customer/ home owner. It very well defines their company's ownership to their poor workmanship. I suggest anyone trying to purchase a home to look elsewhere.

We weren't looking for new construction, but found an already-built Carefree home in the La Puesta Del Sol subdivision on the west side. The large rooms, layout of the house, and the quality of the construction made us fall in love with the Morocco style. We were relocating to El Paso from a different state and didn't have a buyer's agent. The Carefree sales representative went above and beyond for us in order to coordinate everything. If you want a great home buying experience, make sure to work with Pat Sanchez! ;-) We've been in our new home for a month and are so grateful for everything she did on our behalf!

Karina was so in depth, patient and incredibly sweet explaining every detail for us and answering all of our questions. The flow of her presentation was so well thought out and helped us visualize our house coming together . Can t wait for our home to be completed!

Last Tuesday the wife and I had an appointment at the Design Center with Ms. Jennifer. We had an A+ experience selecting colors for our new home. Ms. Jennifer provides great customer service and was very knowledgeable about everything.

We have had stellar service from the buying to customizing stages of building our home with carefree. I would definately recommend to anyone looking to build a home.

Our experience with Carefree Homes has been exceptional and that is why we are purchasing our second Carefree home! Joe and Roxana have made our experience very pleasant. They are very knowledgeable of their product and provide premium service.

Jennifer at the Design Center was so NICE! She has a great personality and made our New House make it feel like it was a HOME. She has great sense of style and extensive knowledge in what it takes to custom our new home to fit our style. Even through the virtual meetings she never hesitated to show us all the options we had as well as make great suggestions to help us through the meeting. Carefree has also been great with communication, as a 1st time home buyer I can honestly say that the process has been effortless and I feel great to have my home built by Carefree. #CountDownToClosing

I have now owned my home for twelve years. It may be that workmanship has improved, but here are my issues. Tile work is poor. Edging tiles were not used in the bathroom so the edges are rough on the ends. I went to replace calking around tub and found that bottom tiles were chipped and just covered up with calk. Calking around floor tiles is sloppy. Baseboard is not real wood, it's fibre board. Had to replace water heater after 3 years. Garage door spring broke after 4 years. So had to replace large door opener also. 2 drain fixtures are rusting. Some of the wall studs are to starting to show through the walls. My driveway cracked after 6 years. I will say the paint they used is quality paint. I would think twice about buying another home form them.

I would highly reccomend buying a home from CareFree homes. Jennifer at the design center was very patient with our selection. They made a very hard process very easy for us.

Our experience so far has been wonderful!!! Our first representative to work with was Tony. He was professional and went COMPLETELY out of his way to show us our future lot. I stress "Completely" because he was supposed to be on his way home already. As if that's not enough, we had to off road a bit to see the lot. He did that for us!

Our second representative was Idalie. I have to be honest. My husband and I weren't very happy to know we would have to do a virtual selection of tiles, colors etc (due to COVID-19) but we definitely appreciate their efforts to keep us safe! Oh my goodness did Idalie do a wonderful job!!!! She was so patient with us. We thought we had our minds made up on color choices and granite. Idalie was kind enough to move around the show room grabbing different tiles, swatches etc. so we could see every option put together. Our "dreaded" virtual experience turned out AWESOME!!!

Let me finish with this. They have lived up to their name, "Carefree". I trust this company FULLY with our future home. I can't say enough how impressed we have been with their EXCELLENT customer service. I can't wait to see the finished product!

If you are looking for a new home please stay away from care free homes, here is our history:

We were very enthusiastic into buying a new home, but we were never told about all the extra charges they made for almost all the items other builders have as standard features, like: silver appliances, stainless steel faucets, accent tiles on bathrooms, etc. So being mislead, we signed up and gave them the earnest money.

The time to have the design meeting come, but they were not a bit flexible scheduling the meeting, we are a working and responsible couple, so we can't just leave our job 2 or 3 hours earlier, but somehow we managed to arrive.

After a long discussion with the manager and the manager of the manager and so on, they accepted to stay some extra hours, but was until here where we were explained about the way they make more money by adding everything as an upgrade.

They told us that we can cancel at anytime before construction (the house was not build), so immediately after receiving the upgrades quote, we let our realtor know that we won't proceed and I emailed the care free homes representative, she responded back accepting our cancelation.

After a few days I received an email from a care free person saying they will literally rob us the earnest money.

We submitted a complaint on Better Business Bureau and after the complaint, I received a call from the marketing director saying he will return our money but this has to be done in their office and before 5pm.

So once again, I explained him that for us is very difficult to take two hours from our workday to arrive to their office, so he committed to send the check and some documentation for us to sign by mail. But at the end, care free homes did not keep their word and responded to the Better Business Bureau that I did not wanted to drop the complaint.

So far our entire journey with CareFree Homes has been great! Martin was kind, understanding and patient. The care that we received from Jennifer in the design studio was spectacular! From beginning to closing, the people of Carefree homes were amazing. Joe at the model homes on Mark Twain was so helpful, he takes the time to answer all the questions you may have. When we closed they literally rolled out the red carpet into our home. Building construction is great, we have a two story that is 2+ years old with no creaking of the floors. The HVAC is so quiet. So much to say but not enough time to list. Again Thank you for our wonderful home.

my fiance and I had a great experience at the design studio early this October. The experience was stress free and very professional. Karina made the process as smooth as possible for us as we knew nothing about the process. Great staff great design studio and great overall experience.

Bought our first home with carefree 3 months ago and they failed to tell us that wireless internet was not available in this house. With EVERYTHING being online and everything being closed it has been such a pain. All they care about is the money and they are not up front with you. We were first time home buyers and didn t even know this was even possible. When we asked the neighbors they had the same problem. One neighbor even told us that a potential buyer before us asked him about the wireless internet issue and he told him that it was not available, the selling agent got upset with the neighbor because of this. If we would have know we would ve also not bought this house. The neighbor also told us he would have not bought his house if he was made aware of this. What kind of builder doesn t run the proper wires for wireless internet? A lazy and cheap one.

Bought my house and although it is 18 years old and out of warranty finding all the issues that Carefree obviously did not care about since they were going to be covered up. Issue #1 when having refrigerated air installed found empty 40 OZ beer bottles in the wall as well as buried outside in the yard performed the leakage check for the gas lines and after punching holes all over the house and removing over 30 feet of black gas pipe because of cross threaded lines and poor workmanship my house was able to pass the leakage inspection. Issue #2 Upstairs shower valve went bad at that time we find out that the backer board for the tile in the shower was normal sheet rock which is not authorized. Issue #3 upstairs subfloor was never even attempted to be leveled in one of the room. Issue #4 whirlpool tube pump was just sitting on the concrete foundation no evidence that it was even secured anywhere in the area. Issue #5 all sheetrock edges not properly taped everywhere you looked at the edges of the wall you found holes with no drywall tape. Their sheetrock people do not even attempt to blend tape lines just cover it up with texture and call it good, sheetrock was all nailed up poorly nails started to pop everywhere and some of the nails were not attached to anything, outside walkway was laid with thinset left between tiles causes there to be maybe a 1/8" of grout between tiles causing the grout to have nothing to really hold on to. I am learning that this is why home builder warranties are worthless because usually by the time you discover the issues that warranty is expired and you have to come out of pocket thousands of dollars of your own money to fix what they skimped on to save a buck and put it in their pocket.

Me and my wife are very indecisive people, and they sure took their time to show us every single option they had and gave us their own professional input on colors and matching sets! We had a lot of questions and they answered every single one of them!

I'm still waiting for my house. Was told initially August, then september was told possibly mid October. As of right now all I'm being told is to hang in there. Is very frustrating dealing with carefree people. Would not reccomend this company. Went to see my house friday. Kitchen Backsplash was done poorly. Mistakes found at home a month ago still not repair before blue tape. And due to ba splash not done properly, it might extend my house closing date. Would definately not reccomend carefree to no one

I have to admit, my wife and I have dealt with several builders, Saratoga, Tropicana, Pointe, Hakes Brothers, Palo Verde, Cullers, Deal2Deal, Classic American, and so on. With Carefree, I have never seen so much detail on homes as far as selecting your colors and mentioning about conducting a walk through during framing. The selection center is endless. My wife and I spent over 4 hours selecting, matching, contrasting from paint, rock, brick, stone, type of clay roof, sink, faucet, tile, granite, lights, switches, then have a meeting with the wiring company, also get a chance to do multiple upgrades. What bothered me about Hakes, Palo Verde, Cullers, Deal2Deal, and Icon is that all these builders build flat roofs with a slight angle.
Once you buy the home, you have to do constant maintenance year-round. Especially Palo Verde, Culler, and Deal2Deal and Icon, these are semi to full custom homes. They are all expensive yet; they don't make pitched roof homes. They're all flat. If you are going to pay for an expensive home, you might as well purchase a home with the LEAST amount of maintenance possible. The buyer will not get that with a flat roof. A flat roof is less costly than a pitched roof to build. Shouldn't the buyer not have to pay as much for a home with a flat roof? No, because the home builder is profiting off flat roofs because they are less expensive. Yet, the buyer is stuck maintaining a flat roof year after year. That is why my wife and I had been searching for years trying to find the right home. Now Pointe and Classic American and Saratoga make pitched roofs, yet the quality is not quite there. We were about to purchase a Pointe home, and we researched their reviews on google. There were too many homeowners complaining about leaks and the structure of the house. See for yourself... This is from a Pointe homeowner who did a google review regarding Pointe homes. "Don't go with Pointe Home! And if you do make sure that you get a good roof warranty coverage!!! I can't stress that enough. After only having my house for 2 years it's already damaged. A brand new roof should be good for at least 10 years." Also, Classic American has big rooms yet don't offer many amenities. That is why they are very affordable. Saratoga, I had a bad experience with them. Also, our cousin has a leaky roof, and the stucco was crumbling off after three years when she bought a Saratoga Home. Hakes will not allow the buyer to make any changes what so ever inside or outside. They are very strict about that. Also, in the garage, they don't have a curb inside the garage. I was shocked. So if you are not paying attention, you will run into a wall inside the house. I didn't know that Carefree has foam insulation. That is huge. Pointe was blown-in insulation along with Hakes.
Look, we are all looking for the perfect home, and there is not a perfect builder, yet if you are looking for a quality home with the least amount of maintenance and get that custom builder feel to it without the custom builder price; then, Carefree needs to be your next home. Pitched roof, Hurricane ties, an elegant selection center, outstanding customer service, a walk through during framing so you can point out if you see something wrong, a meeting with the wiring company, and Carefree has an app to let you know the status of your new home being built. Wow, what more can you ask for. Oh yeah,..... ask for a CAREFREE HOME!!!!!

The quality and size of the home is amazing. All the expectations during the home building process were very clear and they fulfilled on every promise. I highly recommend this team!!

I really enjoyed all the available selections for my floor plan. We were able to change a few of our original choices and did not feel any "judgment" as I have any other sales purchases. We did not feel rushed or pressured to make a quick decision either. Roxana Breceda had a pleasant ora and was extremely thorough with us. She even called us afterwards to verify one upgrade we forgot to bring up for our theater room. Thank you Carefree!!!

The design center offers a good amount of selection and walking-thru all of the choices was an enjoyable process overall. The finishes in the model homes do not really become noticeable until you see them next to the more expensive finishes. What is included, without paying extra is the builder grade cheaper looking materials. This is especially noticeable when you choose the lighting, faucets, sinks and door knobs. For example, larger rectangular sinks for 3 bathrooms is $450 extra, nicer kitchen faucet $120 extra, upgraded bathroom fixtures $185 extra. While these items seem not that expensive it adds up quickly. These upgrade prices are just he next level up, in some cases there are 2-4 levels that increase the quality and price. Another item, I'm not a fan of is having to have all the upgrades decided before they even break ground. Seems like unnecessary pressure especially when unforeseen circumstances come up. You can change your upgrade options but you will pay a fee.

Our experience with Carefree Homes has been amazing. My husband and I have been very pleased and impressed with the whole process. At the beginning we met our saleman Marcos Garcia and to be honest, it was his personality that gave us that feeling that we were making the right decision by going with Carefree. He was very involved and we kept good communication throughout the whole process. Very helpful and always with a smile, Marcos even drove by our house on his day off to send us an updated picture! I recommend anyone interested in buying a home to stop by and visit with Marcos Garcia, you will not be disappointed. Jennifer at the design center was very pleasant and patient as the design process takes a couple of hours. We got to meet our Superintendent Carlos Mata and his assistant Jesse. They kept us involved as the house was developing into every stage. They wanted us to see the quality of product and workmanship that was taking place. Even now that more houses are going up around us, I see Carlos from time to time and he waves to us and asks how our house is doing. He seems to enjoy his job very much. I also have to mention Valerie Chavez and Amanda Minjares the customer service advisors, they kept good communication with letting us know when permits were released and appointment times at the end with all of our orientations and meeting, also vey pleasant people. Buying a home is stressful enough but with the group of people we had the pleasure in working with, I have to say we were very blessed to have met every one of them!
I also have to give a special mention to Isabel Zarate our GECU loan officer. She is truly amazing was very helpful with the purchase of our home. Whatever questions I had, I knew I could text her and she would get back with me right away. She is on top of things and very knowledgeable in what she does.

If you re looking to buy a home, I definitely recommend Carefree and ask for Marcos, with him he will set you up for success and happiness!

Our Carefree design studio appointment was fantastic and memorable. Jennifer Rodriguez did an amazing job and going over our options and helping with selection colors when needed. We were not rushed and felt like the time we needed to make these big decisions was adequate. This is our second house with Carefree and this new modified design center studio was a great improvement and experience. Wish I could rate it an overall 10 stars! Good job!

The Carefree homes buisness built us a great home and walked us through every step of the way! And anette from the warranty department is just as friendly and helpful as ever! STAY FAR AWAY from this builder! Care Free has provided us with nothing but terrible customer service since starting the building process. No one ever returned any of my phone calls, and to make matters worse, their representatives would get annoyed when I would ask questions. They rushed us into picking a floor plan but instead ended up building the model of their choosing because "the permits were already in," according to them. Not to mention they completely disregarded our $500 deposit for the lot. Regardless, as first-time buyers, we decided to continue the process. We began in February with the house projected to be finished by July/August of 2020. However, due to COVID, the house ended up being finished in mid-September. When the house was finally done, they failed to include the side rock walls. This particular model is built with the garage behind the house facing an alley. All the neighboring Care Free homes in that same block have that rock wall built. According to them, my house was the ONLY ONE that did not get a rock wall because it was not part of the floorplan. I went back to the original floor plan to verify this, and sure enough, they were lying to me. Since Care Free did not take us seriously, we decided to take our business elsewhere. A fair warning to any new buyers, if you see Care Free, don't walk away, RUN away! It will also be ironic that they response to my review and not my phone calls! in addition, they will only add 1 AC unit for a 2 story house that is 2698 sq feet. It was extremely hot during our blue tape and our final home orientation.

Love our Carefree home. Built from the ground up almost two years ago. Carefree ' s 3 month and 1 year warranty show their commitment to your satisfaction even after the build is complete. Some of our friends bought their homes with other builders and they have horror stories about their builder not coming back to fix little issues even a few months after moving in. Piece of mind is one of the reasons why we chose Carefree Homes to build our first home. We did the research and I'm glad we did. Highly recommend Carefree Homes!

We have been in our Carefree Home for a year and a half and I still look around and can't believe we are in our dream home. Recently closed on our home and the process couldn't have gone any smoother. From the initial email with floor plans to moving day, John Dungan, Roy and the Carefree family were there. Everyone was so friendly, knowledgeable, experienced and above all patient with all the questions we asked. John and Roy allowed us to walk the model home every weekend without hesitation. Carlos was honest and very attentive during the build of our home. We now know why Carefree is the #1 Builder in El Paso and would recommend them to anyone.

Wonderful customer service. They are building my home

They re very helpful through out the buying process but once you close on your home they can care less about your experience. I recently closed on a Carefree home back in October of 2019 and not even a year after closing I m already having issues with the home. AC motor blew out and Carefree did not want to cover it under warranty because they kept saying it was my fault due to not changing the air filters after I had several technicians come over and explain to me the issue with the AC and letting me know the AC motor did not blow because of the dirty air filters because if that was the case the safety switch would ve turned on which it did not and telling me Warranty should cover it. Technicians that would have gained nothing from telling me this information as they where not hired to actually fixed the problem. Like I said this information did not come from only one technician if not TWO and carefree still refused to fix it. Now I m having issues with the water heater and not having hot water to the home. Not even a year after closing I m already having issues, it s ridiculous. They can sit there and blame me for the AC but what about the water heater I broke that too? I DO NOT recommend closing on a Care Free home at all. Save your time and money and go with another builder. If you notice most of the reviews are from customers barely on the designing and buying process not actual people living in a Carefree home and like previously stated they re a great during the closing process but not so much after you close and start having issues with your home.

I purchased a CareFree home recently, and I was a big pain in the butt. I was pregnant and hormonal during most of the build and decided on upgrades and changes on a daily. They were very patient with me and the end result was exactly what I wanted and more. I just had my 30 day punch list work done today and I am very happy! They really took care of me, the sales people, the design center and the superintendent/workers were awesome! I will most definitely recommend them to everyone I know. I love my home, thanks to CareFree.

Rosalinda Telles was very helpful. She answered all our questions to our new purchase. She is very polite and professional she took her time to explain of what the process would be and when the building of our new home would begin. CareFree Homes has been a great experience. The designs of the homes and the quality of the build is what encouraged us to go with CareFree Homes. Pat and Mike have been welcoming each time we have gone to the main office to discuss options and sign paperwork. We went to the design studio today and worked with Karina who was wonderful walking us through all our option . We did not feel overwhelmed at all. These builders have been a breeze to work with!

I just had my design studio appointment and everyone at Carefree homes has been amazing, from JC at their model home to Lilth at the design studio and everyone working behind the scenes, they have made buying a home a really great experience.

On August 20, 2019 was our appointment to the Design Studio. It was a wonderful experience. The selection and quality of the items found in the Design Studio is excellent. We were not sure what to expect but the Design staff was wonderful. They help us every step of the way. They answer all our questions and acknowledge our concerns. My two boys went with us, the Design staff understood that for us my boys opinion was very important, this made the experience extra special. Ms. Rodriguez was wonderful as well as her assistant they both were very patient and very professional every step of the way. Mr. Garcia from Carefree has help us every step of the way. He has help our family realize the dream of owning our first home.

It was so much fun to be able and go pick everything for our new house! Everything went so smooth and it was stress free the whole time. Im so happy with everything we picked!
