My wife and I would like to thank CareFree Homes for their outstanding service since day one. First, I would like to thank Pat and Mike Sanchez for their patience and excellent treatment. They were able to answer all our questions without hesitating. They made my wife and I feel at home when we didn't even have our house yet. They are great people who care about their customers. They are proactive, knowledgeable, and always think about their customers.

On November 11, 2019, we visited the Design Center; at that point, we were nervous because we were about to design our forever home. There, we met Jennifer and right away, we knew we're in the right hands. Jennifer knows what she is doing. She is helping people like us who are making a lifetime decision. She was able to answer all of our questions and answered them all with a smile. She definitely made it all a very smooth process.

I would like to say that the installations and products at the Design Center are world-class quality. At first, it seems a little overwhelming, but Jennifer guided us in designing our home. We are really excited, and cannot wait to move into our brand new CareFree Home to move into our brand new CareFree Home.
