I interviewed with care design on March 2nd. everything went well, later on Elisabeth Lee Taylor contacted time inform me that she would be extending the offer and therefore she will be sending me an offer letter via email.
on March 9, I emailed Elisabeth to inquire on the status of my offer letter that same day she contacted me via telephone to update and told me that she will be emailing me my offer letter on March 10.
On March 10 Elisabeth contacted me via telephone and informed me that unfortunately they won t be able to move forward because I don t write in Spanish and specifically said I am able to understand and write in Spanish. Elisabeth Lee Taylor wasn t able to explain to me the exact reasoning of Care design decision.

My brother was independent and lived alone. However, he needed a worker to assist him on a day to day basis. Yes, he was high maintenance, but it did not excuse the fact he did not have anyone to go over to his apartment to see him visually. I did not know he changed agencies until this past week. He had medical issues, and the worker was supposed to make sure he was taking his medication. The lack of professionalism, uncaring, and no help, he did not receive. My brother passed away from a massive heart attack. I strongly urge you to find an organization that genuinely cares about the people they serve and puts their needs ahead of their own.
I m currently working as a Care Manager Supervisor for Care Design NY in Queens. I have received a great amount of support from my direct director and the regional director to help me continue providing good quality services to the people we are serving. I can always rely on my team to get the work done and also seek help from whomever in the office if I ever need further assistance. I love the flexibility in my schedule and I absolutely love the fact that Care Design provides every employee a chance to grow within the company by only promoting from within when a position becomes available. I definitely see my career growing with Care Design and have no issues at all. I am a highly satisfied employee.
Great company to work for and very caring coworkers. I appreciate their professionalism and ability to attend to multiple priorities. I'm very impressed at how this company has matured in such a short time.
I have called several times. If the phone line doesn't hang up on me before it even gets to the automated menu, I get the wrong person with the extension I chose and then when I finally get to the right person, they don't answer and they never return my calls. How can anything get done if the phone line is out of order? Are they just ignoring everyone right now? What's the deal?!
My family and I have been with this agency for over a year now and we have not received any services for a relative who has severe autism disorder. I would not recommend this agency to anyone.
I don't remember this as it was 6 months ago you're going to have to send me something to remind me six months is a long time to remember anything I'll think on it and see if I ate I can recall what this company was for and go from there thank you
We have care design for our handicapped son ! The group home has been charged with neglect and mistreatment by nysarc and our sons caseworker from care design does not put in any effort to find him a different placement! I wouldn t recommend mr sabino
